A Long Distance Love (A Dipcifica Story) Part 1

Chapter 8

No joke this is my 2nd draft of this chapter, I tried to do something different but it was hard to work with. Sorry for rambling, lets get started.

Dipper is seen in his room putting clothes into a suitcase humming to a song on his phone.

"You ready to go Mason?" Alice asked.

"Almost mom," said Dipper, "Just got one more thing to put in."

"Is it your blankie?" Alice asked.

"Mom I haven't used that thing in 5 years," said Dipper.

Alice raised an eyebrow.

"3 years," said Dipper.

Alice raised her eyebrow higher.

"Fine I gave it up at the end of 6th grade," said Dipper, "But that's because Mabel used it as a tissue."

"That's why you gave it up?" Alice asked, "I always thought it was because she turned it into a skirt."

"That was her blankie," said Dipper.

"So that why her hot pink skirt felt thicker compared to her others," said Alice.

Dipper rolls his eyes as he places a wrapped present in his suitcase.

"Ready to go Mason?" Alice asked.

"Yeah mom," said Dipper, "Mabel and Dad aren't coming right?"

"They're both grounded after the laundry incident," said Alice.

"How can you ground .... Nevermind," said Dipper.

Dipper and Alice walk down to the Car.

"We'll Be back Sunday Night," said Alice.

"My Eyes are Burning!" Howard Screamed.

"I told you to wear the safety goggles dad!" Mabel hollered.

Alice and Dipper get in the car and start driving.

An hour later Dipper is seen sleeping on the dash board.

"Wake up," said Alice.

"Five more minutes," said Dipper half asleep.

"Really because I just pulled into the Drive-Thru," said Alice.

"Fine, Bacon CheeseBurger with Mountain Dew," said Dipper rubbing sleep off his eyes.

"You want Fries with that?" Alice asked.

"Duh," said Dipper.

5 hours later:

"Are we almost there?" Dipper asked.

"5 more seconds," said Alice.

The car then pulls up into a driveway.

"We're here," said Alice.

Dipper and Alice get out of the car.

Dipped walks up to the front door and Knocks on it.

"One Second!"

Footsteps are heard coming from inside the house.

Someone opens the door.

"Dipper?"

"Who else Paz?" Dipper asked.

Pacifica then hugs Dipper.

"I wasn't Expecting you," said Pacifica, "how did you get here?"

"Hello," said Alice.

"Oh, your mom brought you here, but why?" Pacifica asked.

"My school has the week off because its semester break," said Dipper, "and who in the world would give a 13 year old a drivers licence?"

Pacifica laughed a little.

"Want me to show you around the house?" Pacifica asked.

"If its no problem for you," said Dipper, "just after I help my mom with the bags."

After Dipper helped his mom, they both get a mini tour of Pacifica's cozy little house.

"Oh I got something for yah," said Dipper.

Dipper opens his suitcase and pulls out the wrapped present.

"A present?" Pacifica asked.

"Hey I haven't seen you in 6 weeks, I just want to give you a present," said Dipper.

Pacifica opened the wrapped gift to see a handmade necklace, with a Hot Pink P and a Royal Blue D.

"Wow, uh," said Pacifica.

"I know its not the best but I tried my best," said Dipper, "although Mabel helped me a little because I don't know how to heat clay."

Pacifica gives Dipper a hug.

"Thank you," said Pacifica, "No boy has ever given a gift from the heart."

Dipper then smiles.

"I'm glad you liked it," said Dipper.

"Although I think Mabel went a little overboard on the glitter," said Pacifica.

"Actually that was me," said Dipper, "But it was Mabel's and she doesn't keep a slotted lid on it."

"So both of you are responsible for that?" Pacifica asked.

"Well it is Mabel," said Dipper.

"True," said Pacifica.

And that is it, sorry for the delay, I was busy on other stuff. Also better give credit where credit is due.
