Oscar had nothing else to do, so he called Jess and Dean.
No one would understand what he was going through better than them. By the time that they had arrived, he had attempted several times to get a grip of himself, but had no such luck.
His eyes were so red and puffy that he seriously considered going to get some help. Fortunately, he was not alone. The doorbell rang again but this time, he flinched. he was utterly terrified that on the other side of that door, was the girl that haunted his dreams.
He wasn't wrong about that. This time, when he opened the door, Jess and Dean were standing there alright, but beside them was Cassidy, looking absolutely horrendous.
Her skin was a ghostly white and her face was still filled with blood from the fragments of glass that became accustomed to her after the car incident. She had no shoes but she was wearing the same white dress that she wore out clubbing.
Only this time, it was soaked with blood in random areas and it had dirt marks all over it. She wore a grim expression, just like the other two.
However, the usual spark in Cassidy's eye had turned grey and her usual, optimistic personality was nowhere to be seen. Oscar didn't realise it, but he had started crying again.
His hands had started shaking from nervousness as once again, he was positive that he was in a nightmare. Finally, one of them broke the silence.
"O-oscar i-i know t-this is hard to b-believe b-but you have to trust u-us." Jess said.
"Yeah, come on Oscar this is hard for a-all of us but you have to let u-us explain." Dean commented. The air was filled with chills from the bone.
Oscar slowly obliged and opened the door wider to let them enter his house, including the dead girl.
Once they all sat down on the couch, for the first time, Cassidy spoke.
"Let me explain".
