/ALECS POV/
I woke up blinded, cold, and deafened by continuous beeping. I know where I am, a hospital, of course. I never left, but now I'm in the wrong position. I am the one in the hospital bed. I looked around but only saw a wall, a door, and a curtain covering half the room. This is more than likely a semi-private room.
After a minute, I pressed the nurse button so I could get out of here and go check on Aura. I shouldn't have let her kick me out, I should have sat back on the seat I sat on before, outside her room. I wouldn't be in this bed if I didn't go down to the cafe. Speaking of, who was that chick? She was probably trying to say her name was Delilah before I started blacking out. My thoughts were cut off when there was a quick knock on the door. It opened at a leisurely pace and a doctor with a nurse walked in.
"Hi Alec, how are you feeling?" The nurse asked lightly.
"Yeah, I'm cool. When can I leave?" I said but I didn't get an answer. That's because we were interupted by a voice coming from the left of me.
"Alec?" The voice questioned.
"Aura? What are you doing in here, I thought you were in another room." I stated whilst the doctor walked to the curtain and pulled it back, revealing another hospital bed. In that bed was just who I thought it was.
"They moved me seeing as someone needed my room, despite that, what happened to you? Are you okay?" She questioned. I'm still bewildered that she's speaking.
"Um, I mean, I don't know what happened. But, I think I'm fine." I reassured her.

I'm a horrible person. I am actually so sorry for not updating. I just moved..... again. This move has been the hardest so far but I'm going to work on updating more and more. THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE CHAPTER. You guys have been asking for an update for a while so I'm just putting up this draft that I had. It better then nothing so don't hate. Better late than never 🤷♀️. Anyways enjoy.
