About 2 Weeks Later... September 21, 9:30 AM Violet's POV: Rio so beautiful! It's amazing, Leah and I have been exploring and going to different places, it was really fun. Shawn and I haven't talked since that night. Leah told me I should tell him my feelings, but he hasn't contacted me at all in 2 weeks. Maybe I'm the only one of us who has feelings for the other :\ Leah told me he did but she was probably just trying to make me feel better. Ugh life is annoying sometimes. I've been doing all my homework for school and everything on my laptop and I think it's going really well. And I- my thoughts get cut by Leah's voice. "Vi? Violetttt? Earth to idiot?" She says. "WHaaaat??" I whine. "Get your head out of the book and get out of your bed and lets go!" She orders. "Go where?" I ask, very lost. "We're going to Shawn's hotel." She says with a big smile motioning me to get up. "He probably doesn't even want me there." I say looking back at my book. She sits down on the bed. "Vi, he likes you. I don't understand how you can't see that." "Okay fine." I say rolling my eyes with a soft smile at the end. I get up and head to the bathroom. I put on some simple make up, and choose an outfit. I got through 3 options until I'm too lazy to care anymore. I throw on some clothes and I wait for Leah while reading my Harry Potter book. ⬇️My Outift⬇️

Leah is finally finished and we head out the door. After a bit we're finally at Shawn's hotel and we get some coffee on the way from the cafe across the street. We head up to his room and Leah knocks on his door. He doesn't open it. She knocks again. "Maybe he's not home." I say and shrug. "I texted him telling him I was coming a few minutes ago..." She says. Wait. "He didn't know I was coming too?" I ask. Wow I actually thought he wanted me there. "Okay, I'm sorry but he likes you, I mean come on , it's so obvious!" She loudly whispers. I ignore that and just knock again. He's not opening it so I turned the door knob. The door was open... "You can't just do that!" Leah loudly whispers again. I go inside and my heart drops to the ground. It was Shawn.... Shawn and Rowan. Rowan and Shawn. Leah faced towards me and she saw my expression and I looked at her. She looked confused until I looked back at them. She turned her head and saw what I saw. Shawn and Rowan were making out. "Shawn?" Leah walks towards them and says loudly. I just continue to stand in front of the door. Their faces spread apart. He's holding her waist. He looks at me. I look down. I look back up and take a deep breath. I get it now. I thought he liked me, but i guess not. I have to get over him. But for now, I'll just have to pretend. I walk up to beside Leah. In front of us was a sofa and the room was very open. Shawn and Rowan were near the couch and Leah and I were a few feet away from them. Shawn let go of Rowan as he looked at both of us. "I didn't know you'd be here this soon." He looks at Leah and then me. "I texted you." Leah says annoyed. She looks at me. I pretend like I'm fine when really I'm not. "I'm sorry." He says. "It's fine," I say as I fake smile, "so are you two official?" I ask. Rowan looks at Shawn and holds onto his arm. "Yes!" She practically yells. "Wow that's great!" I say trying to act excited as best I can. Leah looks at me confused and then sighs. She knows I'm pretending. She knows me too well. "Hey, Vi, can I talk to you for a second?" Leah asks, and before I can answer she pulls me away to the nearest room and closes the door. "Do you want to leave?" She asks and we both sit down. "No I'm fine. I'm happy for them." I reply. "Vi?" "Yes?" I answer. "You know I know you too well to fall for that." I stop fake smiling and a tear falls down my cheek. "Vi I'm sorry, I shouldn't have brought you here." She hugs me. I have the best, best friend I could ever ask for. She's always there for me. She knows me. I love her, she's like the older sister I never had. "Come on, lets go back to our hotel." Leah says and I lay my head on her shoulder. "No we should stay. It's okay. I'm okay. We should stay." I say and get up. "Are you sure?" She asks. "Yes." I say and we head back to the living room.
