Chapter 7: Stupid Phone Call & Talking To Leah

Shawn's POV:
Violet left and I just let the phone ring. Then the person called again. God , seriously? What kind of timing is that. I really like her and now, that person just had to ruin it. I finally pick up the phone.
"Hello?" I say with an angry tone to my voice.
"Shawn?" Oh shit. It's my manager.
"Oh hi! Is something wrong?" I ask confused.
"What were you doing today?" He asks.
"Nothing, I finally saw Violet today!" I say with a much happier tone,
"You don't have feelings for her, do you?" He says.
"Why are you asking me all these questions?" I ask him.
"The paparazzi saw you and and saw you with that girl going up to your hotel room."
"Rowan spilled coffee on her! She needed a shirt, so I gave her one. Why do you care anyway?" I say starting to get annoyed.
"I really hope you don't have feelings for her. She's just some girl from Toronto. "
What the fuck.
"Well I do have feelings for her! And she's not just some girl, she's Violet. Never, ever talk about her like that again." I say and hang up angrily. I need to call Leah. I have no idea what to do. Every
time I've tried to kiss her , something or someone always ruins it. I've known her for almost 2 weeks and I already have feelings for her, a lot of feelings for her. I dial Leah's number on my phone.
"Leah. I need your help." I say.
"I'm on my way home, you can come there." She says.
"No! Come here, please?" I ask.
"Okay fine." She says and hangs up.
I wait and wait. And wait. She's finally here. I open the door. And she comes inside. "What's wrong?" She asks , and sits down. "Violet." I say shaking my head a bit with a sad look on my face. "What did you do?!" She asks. "I didn't do anything!" I say. "What happened?" She has a confused look as she says that. "Rowan dumped coffee on her." I say. "Rowan's a bitch." She says. "What? You said you liked her." "I wasn't being serious you idiot. She's so fake." She says. "Vi and I were going to kiss." I say. "Finally!!" She stands up and cheers. "But we didn't." "What, why not??" She sits back down. "My manager called." I say. "Then what happened?" She asks. "She left." I say. "And you didn't try to stop her?" She says rolling her eyes. "Well-" I start. "God your an idiot." She says and cuts me off. "You like her, don't you?" She asks. "Yes I do. A lot." I say. "Then prove it to her. Ask her out." She says and walks towards the door. "I should go. She likes you a lot and she's probably sad about what just happened." And with that, Leah heads out the door.

I know this was really short but I really wanted to get something out for all of you! I hope you liked it. School is here and I'm just stressed a bit but I'll try to write more this weekend! Love you 💋
