He's warm and he makes me feel safe, when I look at him my heart bursts because I love him more than anyone else in the world and I get this feeling in my stomach like fireworks that burst and glitter and they travel through my body and into a smile that I can't suppress because in three words; I love him" by the end Eliza was grinning stupidly as her heart swelled with love at the thought of him. Maria returned the smile "and your daughter?"
"She's the most beautiful little girl in the world. Her eyes are even brighter than mine and they sparkle when she giggles, I can't explain how much happiness it brings me when she giggles and smiles. There is nothing more rewarding than watching her golden hair dance on her shoulders when she laughs and I know I've made her happy. She's ever so cute and mighty intelligent for her age and-"
"But I bet she cries at night. And she tells you she hates you when she doesn't get her own way. And I bet she throws tantrums and she doesn't return all that love you give her. I suppose she turns her nose up at things you spend money on for her which she decides she doesn't like. And your husband. I bet some nights he hits you and he makes sure you never say a word. I bet the two of you argue and oftentimes you cry yourself to sleep because you're breaking. But you can't divorce him. Because you would never find another husband as a single mother. I suppose he tells you that your dress doesn't suit you. Let me guess, he told you that you shouldn't come here because you belong in the kitchen caring for them."
