My mom told me that she will come back earlier today because I told her I wanted to talk. And I did want to. About a lot of things. About me, about my sexuality, about Taehyung and his parents, about Jimin and the guys. I just still didn't know how.
I called Taehyung.

"Hey" I said shaky.
"Hey, baby, what's wrong?"
"I think I'm going to tell my mom the truth"
"The truth?"
"About me, about us"
"Do you want me to come over?"
"I don't think that's a good idea, she's probably not going to take it good"
"Well, at least call me after you talk. You can come over after that, my parents are totally cool about you and I, so don't worry, I talked to them"
"I'm glad they are" I smiled to myself. Taehyung's parents like me!
"Good luck, beautiful, I love you" he said in a cute voice.
"I love you too" I said and the conversation ended.

I wanted to call Jimin as well, just to ask him what I'm exactly supposed to do.
"Kookie!" he screamed through the phone.
"I can hear you" I said laughing.
"What's up?"
"I just wanted to ask you how am I supposed to tell my mom I'm gay?"
"Shit, you'll really do that?"
"Yeah, I have to"
"I'm proud of you", then a few seconds of silence, "Right! Well you need to make her happy first. Cook her something or buy her something that she likes and make sure that you didn't do anything to piss her off even more. After that, you need to tell her just straight up: "I'm gay". I know that it will be hard, trust me, but if you tell her now, you'll feel better because you won't hide anything from here anymore."

5:30pm
She's still not home. I'm losing the confidence I had this morning. I have to tell her. If I don't, I don't know what I'll do. She'll probably forbid me to see Taehyung ever again and transfer me to another school, but I'll find a way to get back here. I want to be with Taehyung and I need to be with him. Maybe even for the rest of my life.

I heard the knob from the entrance turn to the side so that the door would open. I ran through the hallway as fast as I could. She came in with bags filled with groceries.
"Hello sweetie, could you help me out?"
"Of course!"
We brought the plastic bags to the kitchen and started unpacking them, putting some of the stuff in the fridge and some stuff in the freezer. When we finished I turned over to her and said:
"I really need to talk to you about something"
She nodded and gestured to the living room so that we could sit down on the couch and talk there.
Sitting, we were silent. Maybe she wanted to say something to me, but I knew I had to tell her this.
"Son, I need to tell you something, too. But, just like you I suppose, I'm embarrassed to say it".
I felt relieved when she said that because then she might not be as mad as she would be if she didn't do anything wrong.
"Maybe we can say it at the same time" she said.
"On the count of three. One, two, three!"
"I dance in the club for money, I'm gay"

"WHAT?!" we both screamed.
"You're a stripper?!"
"You're gay?!"
We looked each other in shock. Jungshook.
"How dare you defy God?!" she asked me in an angry tone.
"Me?! You're a pole dancer!"
"It's different! We need the money!"
"No, it's not, we both sinned!"
Silence. She knew I was right. She covered her face with her hands and started sobbing.
"I'm such a horrible mother!"
"No, you're not! You could've told me that we didn't have money, I could've hel-" she cut me off.
"Oh, no! I meant I'm a horrible mother for raising you to be a homosexual! I'm so disappointed in you! We need to get you a psychiatrist!"
"No, we don't! I'm a perfectly fine human being that has emotions! It's not my fault that you don't understand it!" I said in a sassy way.
"Since when are you gay? This must be a phase!"
"It's not a phase! I was gay since birth, you just never noticed it because you're always so busy, now I know why!"
She looked at me with anger and tears in her eyes: "You're not my son anymore". She got up and went upstairs.

I grabbed all of my stuff I ever had, all of my clothes and games and headed to the only place where I've felt safe: the coffee shop. There I met up with Jimin, Hoseok, Jin, Namjoon and Yoongi. I bawled my eyes out. They listened to every word I've said and comforted me. They helped me.
"You can come sleep with me" Jimin said, but this time Yoongi didn't look at me in a jealous way, he just put his hand on my shoulder and squeezed it a bit to show support.
"Or my place, I live alone" Jin said, "it's a small place, but we'll work it out".
"Or mine, I doubt my parents will mind" Hoseok said.
"Mine, too" Namjoon and Yoongi said.
"Thanks guys, but I really need to see Taehyung, this might be the last time I see him, she'll probably send me to some boarding school"
"We're here for you" Jimin said, hugging me tightly.
