I quickly hit the power button on my phone, Letting the screen go black ad dull. I lie back down on my back and close my eyes, Trying to get my head around how and why this strange guy is doing this to me. ''The wedding!'' I cry out, Sitting up so fast my head spins and I have to lie back down. The wedding is tomorrow and I have no dress. Maybe If I try hard enough I could possibly maybe even wash the stain out of the dress, I think to myself. I quickly get up and off the bed, making the springs groan in protest. I grab the plastic bag the dress came in and notice it's quite light for a bag containing a £100 dress ''Odd'' I say to myself. I sit back down on the bed and open the bag and reach down for the dress. When my fingers come across nothing but the inside of the bag I peer into the bag, Looking for the dress that clearly was not there. "
Hey, Did anyone lift or move my purple dress at all?'' I shout, Loud enough for my aunt and sister to hear.
"Nope sweetie'' My aunt calls up the stairs and seconds later my sister pops her head through the door. "No I haven't seen it, Is anything wrong?'' She says, A little worried.
"Nope, I must have misplaced it'' I say a little too quickly, raising her suspicion. Tanya lifts her eyebrow but says nothing, leaving me alone with my empty bag.A HOUR LATER
After I'm dressed and ready I head downstairs, Slipping out the front door before anyone notices. I don't have my driving license yet so I walk to the bus stop, Enjoying the hot sun on my face. As I wait I go over my plan... Buy a new dress, Try to sneak it back into the house. That's all I got.
