                                               Jades pov.
  I was sorted into the ravenclaw. Am I happy. Yes. Are they fun here. No. All they do is read and read and read and read. And do homework and do homework and the only words they will say is pass me the h2o at dinner. Ok so I may have not been the life of the party on the train ride but I was home sick. I wasn't reading I was looking at pictures of my family. I was also going over the family history project we had. My pet owl was hungry so I fed it then slowly Walked back to the dorm not hurried to get there fast at all. That is when I bumped into lilac she looked upset so I had guessed she was bothered by something so I told her abound the letter " I got a note from Rosie. She wants to meet me and you and ember at the library tommorow after our second class." I shared. Lilac got a even more hurt look on her face. " ok I'll be there" she rushed off. I walked inside to see the delacour boy sitting on the couch. He seemed to be reading a book I had never seen. " hello. How was your stroll?" He asked. " ugh fine I guess. I just went to put elwalt back into his cage. It wasn't exactly a stroll" I said. Except he had a sort of charm to him like he was different. From the others. He was a second year so he knew more than me but we played wizards chess and I won all four times. We talked and talked about the train trip until I realized it was almost time for breakfast and I was still in my Jammie's. I rushed up to the girls dorm and got dressed then ran back down to find he had already changed to. We then talked about what our schedule looked like. I stared into his eyes most of the time. They were like two perfect sky's that were so bright all the time. We talked about our family's past and I told him how my mom was a muggle but was a great student and how my father was a pure blood in slytherin but was nothing like them. He told me how his mom wasn't a Hogwarts student but how Cedric diggory and Harry Potter saved her in the tri wizard tournament which she performed in. He also explained how his dad was a worker at a gringotts bank. It was quite interesting. We stayed up even longer waiting for people talking about our favorite books. His was all the Lockhart books mine was a book no one read called a rise in magic. He read all 37 chapters in one hour and said it was fascinating and then we told jokes to each other and learned about each other's pasts. He told me how he wanted to be a minister of magic. I told him how I wanted to be a professor. At Hogwarts of course. He smiled and said "like Longbottom. He became a professor." I knew that I said. "He's our herbology teacher. Right" . All of a sudden all the kids started coming down and we pushed away from each other. I was sad when it came to this time but we went to breakfast and I yet again was stuck listening to the "pass the h2o" and even he was saying it. That's when I realized I hadn't asked him of his name. Well it was to late for that so I walked to elwats cage to feed him and let him fly for a bit. Then I walked to my first class which was potions. I was so tired from last night that I didn't even pay attention in class. I was so surprised when I got the only A+ on my potion. When I went to deference against the dark arts. I walked into the class and then sat down quick. Delacour came and sat down quickly next to me. I quickly asked him "why are you here" he answered  with "cause I like you" I just smiled.
