Chapter 16(Drama Drama Drama does it ever end?)

*4 months later*
It has now been 2 months since the birth of my son Henry Allen. Yes we decided to name our son Henry to honor Barry's dad's memory.After I got ready and dressed up my baby I decided we would surprise Barry at work today
"Ready to go see daddy at work baby boy?"
I asked my newborn and he just stared at me and did a type of noise that sounded like a giggle.
*skip car ride *
As I was entering S.T.A.R labs I bumped into Cisco.
"Hey Nate who's this little guy" he said while pinching Henry's cheeks and he just smiled at him
"Hey Cisco this is Henry" I introduced him
"Hey Henry I'm your uncle Cisco he has your eyes and Barry's hair and your smile" Cisco said while blowing in the newborns stomach and he just laughed uncontrollably.
"Yeah he does" I said admiring every last feature of him like his hazel brown eyes he inherited from Barry ,his cute dimples that show evry time he laughs that he inherited from me as I looked at him I noticed that he looks more like Barry then me.
"Anyways you came to see Barry?" Cisco asked interrupting my thoughts .
"Yeah" I said
"Okay I'll take you to his office" he said
"Thanks " I said as we walked to his office
"Hey Barr I wa-" I stopped myself from finishing the sentence as I saw the woman who was standing in front of me. She had long blonde hair and curves that could not go unnoticed but what stood out the most was her ocean like eyes that stared deep into mine with a devious smile.
"Hey Nathan" she spoke lifting up her tiny red dress oviously so Barry would stare.
"What the hell are you doing here and where Barry?" I said trying to contain my anger to not wake up my sleeping newborn.
"Barry asked me to come and he's in a meeting" she said while twirling the end of her blond curls and putting on the devil's blood on her lips.
"So who's this little guy?" She said getting closer to my baby but in that moment my paternal instinct kicked in and grabbed her hand before she could touch my baby.
"Don't you dare put your hands on my baby. Boy you filthy slut" I said with anger in my voice.
"Now what's the real reason you came back" I demanded.
"I should've known you were not going to fall for the nice act I was putting on so I'm just going to cut to the chase I came to take back what's mine Barry " she said evilly
"Good luck with that there's no way Barry will leave his son and I for some bitch like you" I said with a smirk.
"We'll see about that now won't we" She said but she wasn't don yet.
"Oh and don't worry I'll be the best step-Mom ever to your son" she said laughing evilly and
exiting the office.
"Don't worry Henry I won't let that mean women take you away from me"I whispered to my 2month old who was sound asleep and kissed his forehead. And as in on cue Barry walked in with a bag from big belly burger.
"Babe what are you doing here?" Barry asked with a huge smile and leaning down to give me a kiss wich I gladly accepted.
"Hey Barr we wanted to surprise you at work"I said with a smile
"You wanted to come visit me at work buddy?" Barry asked Henry and leaned down to kiss his forehead Henry woke up his nap long forgotten and he became wide awake,and his piercing blue eyes connected with Barry's hazel ones and he just giggled.
"I think that's a yes" I said while chuckling
"Thanks for the surprise babe" he said giving me a kiss in the cheek.
"Here you can have it " he said while handling me his big juicy burger that I could eat but I just took a bite and gave it back knowing that Barry needed energy to finish of his work day .
"Thanks but I'm okay I just eat Barr"I said avoiding eye contact and looking down at my son who just kept giggling while looking at me.
"What's so funny Hen?" I asked him while tickling him and he just continued to laugh with his dimples showing even more now wich did not go unnoticed by Barry.
"He has your dimples" Barry said while looking at the smiling 2month old and smiled.
"Yeah he does "I said rolling my eyes
"Are you okay babe" Barry asked
"I'm fine Barry " I said with a little frustration in my voice.
"Come on Nate talk to me what did I do now?" He said clearly frustrated as well
"Why don't you ask patty I mean Your the one who invited her here" I spat trying to not wake my sleeping son.
"I didn't invite her she was called here for a meeting" he said looking down with a frown
"Did any old feelings came back when you saw her" I asked feeling the tears starting to come.
He just stayed   quiet.
" I got my answer" I said About to walk out but Barry grabbed my hand and stopped me.
"What? No Your. The only one for me Nate we have a son dam it we can't be acting like teenagers" he said with anger in his voice.
" Your right  we need to be adults and as an adult and a parent I need to take the best decision for my son not for me" I said tears rolling down my eyes.
"What are you saying Nate?" Tears rolling down those cute cheeks.
"Do you still love her?" I asked  terrified for the answer he didn't answer again. I know I what I have to do now.
" I can't be with you anymore Barry " I said tears continuing to fall.
"What? You think this is best for Henry? How is this the best for him how is denying him the right to have a father best for him Nate? This is not best for Henry this is what you think is best for yourself" Barry said angrily
"Maybe your right maybe I am being selfish and doing what's best for myself but I'm not in love with anybody else but you and that's never going to change but right now you need space to sort out your feelings and I'm giving you that space" I said in between sobs grabbed my son and walked out of my now ex-boyfriend's office.
"Hey Nate Your okay?"asked Cisco
"I'm sorry I don't want to talk right now Cisco" I said exiting S.T.A.R labs and hoping into my car not knowing where I was going to go.
Barry P.O.V
When I saw Nathan walk out of my office with my son on his arms I let it all out cried for what felt like days until I saw my best friend come in.Knowing what had happened he just gave me a big hug.
"Everything is going to be ok" he whispered
"No no it won't I lost everything I lost the love of my life and my son all because I couldn't make up my damn mind" I said in between cries while Cisco held me closer.
Nate P.O.V
After what felt like endless hours of driving I ended up in front of my fathers house and I decided to come here since I don't have a home anymore.
"Hey Nate what are you doing here" my father greeted with a white towel that only covered his lower half and wich showed off his muscular body and those piercing blue eyes connecting with my own.
"Hey Dad can we stay here for a few days?" I said
"Of course you can stay here as long as you want this is your house" he said as I entered the house all the horrible memories from eight years ago came and I just shoved those thoughts out of my mine until the woman I least wanted to see came in with her long Red hair that reached to her shoulders,her grass like eyes and those red devil like lips while wearing a short tight red dresses that reached to her waist.
"Hello Nate" sh greeted
"It's Nathan to you" I spat
"Right I'm sorry Hello Nathan" she said once again.
"Hello Emily" I said with no emotion
"Your baby is cute like you" she said oviously just saying that to please my father while  examining Henry.
"And he has your eyes and dimples" she said staring into my now laughing infant.
"Geeh I didn't notice my son had my eyes and smile thanks for noticing Emily" I said sarcastically.
"Nate please try to be nice " said my dad walking in with a plain green shirt and jeans.
"Whatever I see nothing has change in this house since I left" I said while walking up to my old room with my son in arm.
Wow that was a pretty heavy chapter and it even broke my heart writing this and I just want to get them back together again but sadly I can't so sorry for the sad  and drama filled chapter.Anyways what did you guys think? Thoughts on Emily? What do you guys think of the break up?
