"Are we seriously keeping the solider alive?" Aurora asked angrily as she and Alice sauntered out of the school through the front doors.
Alice shrugged, "Why should there be more death. We're almost out of here, anyways"
"I literally had to talk you out of shooting Jill's partner less than a few hours ago" Aurora threw her hands up in exasperation, "What happened to that Alice? I think I liked her better"
"And now we're back to square one" Alice pointed out, "You're ready to shoot someone, and I'm ready to save them. We're quite inconsistent in our methods"
Before Aurora could respond, most likely to argue, a payphone near the school started ringing. Aurora answered it before it caused too much noise.
"Let me speak to my daughter" Dr. Ashford demanded in a less then polite greeting.
"I'm not taking any more orders until you tell me how we get out of this shithole" Aurora snapped back.
"There is a helicopter already being prepared, it takes off in forty two minutes" Ashford sighed, "It'll be the last transport to leave Raccoon City before they detonate"
"You see, I doubt you've arranged us a way out, Doctor" Aurora called him out, "So stop bullshitting me, and tell me what we're up against"
"Fine. It has another purpose, but it will be lightly guarded"
"Hm, I doubt that too" Aurora scoffed, "Where are we going?"
"May I speak to my daughter now?" Ashford asked, straining his voice to be polite.
Aurora sighed, turning to where Angela was standing beside Alice. "It's for you" She handed the girl the phone, and looked towards Alice, "We're not done, yet"
"We never are" Alice shrugged while she leant against the stair railings, "Are you doing okay?"
"Five by five" Aurora said simply, "You?"
"Could be worse"
"I'm fine too, says the only one here not infected" Jill cut in irritably.
Aurora chuckled, "Walk it off, Valentine" She teased and then turned back to Alice. "He says it's lightly guarded, but Umbrella's always two steps ahead"
"One more fight, and then we're home free" Alice tried to stay on the bright side.
"Sure, just like last time" Aurora said sarcastically, "By the time we know it, I'll be dead again and you'll be another project, Alice"
Angela came between the women, and handed the phone back to Aurora.
"Okay Doc, tell me where the evac sight is"
"The Helicopter will be at City Hall. I suggest you make haste"

Aurora hotwired the nearest truck she saw and piled in with the rest of the survivors. Jill drove, Aurora sat in the passenger's seat and Angela sat between them.
Alice, the solider named Carlos and the man with him called L.J were squished in the back as Alice administered the cure to the Umbrella solider.
"So, what are you injecting me with?" Carlos asked curiously, eyeing Alice curiously.
Alice glanced up at him before looking back down, "The antivirus" She told him simply, "The T-Virus reanimates dead cells, basically, bring the dead to life, or in a living human," She injected him with the cure, "it can cause uncontrollable mutation, or it can help her walk again; if that virus it kept in check"
