(Granted, this chapter has little to do with the actual story line of Afterlife, but we're just about there. And a meeting between lovers, as promised.... sort of.
Curious, Wesker or Chris? Not that this is a romance, because it's always going to be Alice and Aurora, but who do you like better?
Personally, I like Alice, over Chris and Wesker, for Aurora. 'Cause Alice is actually there for her, but who do you guy's like?

"Seriously?"Aurora glared at the grey jumpsuit in Alice's hands"This is a joke, or something, right? Cause it's cruel and unusual"
Alice chuckled. Aurora was sitting on the edge of the bed in nothing but a white t-shirt, and was deeply glaring at the jumpsuit she was presented with. Are you trying to set it on fire with your mind, Aurora?
"It's a prison"Alice reminded gently"There isn't anything else. It's clean, at least"
Aurora crossed her arms over her chest. She wasn't going to give Alice that satisfaction of wearing it"This isn't practical to fight it"
"You can barely move"
Aurora groaned"Can't you just give me my clothes back?"She whined childishly.
"They're ripped to shreds"Alice told Aurora impatiently, holding the jumpsuit out to her"We'll find something on Arcadia"
Alice had earlier explained to Aurora what Arcadia actually was, to which Aurora threw her hands in the air, almost re-breaking her ribs, and yelled"I told you so, didn't I? I fucking knew it! Alaska, my ass"
The infected woman sighed, a miserable pout formed on Aurora's lips as she grabbed the clothes from her friend"I hope you enjoy this"She grumbled"Seeing me in a prison uniform"
Alice laughed"I'll always treasure the memory"She really was going to enjoy seeing Aurora were she belonged in the first place. The irony was great.
"I'll treasure the memory"Aurora mimicked sarcastically, she scoffed and growled quietly to herself"I'll treasure punching you in the face"

In the end, Aurora had to admit defeat and ask for help. Alice assisted without a word, not wanting Aurora to feel bad about it, which she already slightly did.
The jumpsuit was a little big but Aurora wasn't about to start complaining again. They were clothes, at least. And Alice was right, Aurora wasn't going to be doing any fighting with her ribs shifting every time she moved.
Alice stepped back as Aurora zipped up the jumpsuit half way, and smirked at the sight. It wasn't the cliche orange, or stripped prison jumpsuit, but it was just as fulfilling to see her in it"In Raccoon, I use to think that I'd visit you in jail"
Aurora raised an untamed eyebrow, the long scar on her face twisted with her expression"You'd come to visit me?"She asked in mock surprise"Would it be because you felt guilty for putting me there?"
The two women both knew that if it wasn't for the outbreak, they would have never stayed friends. Both women were spy's, and would have gladly chose their job over each other.
Alice chuckled, seeing the mental image of Aurora glaring murderously at her through glass, in an orange jumpsuit"I'd come to give you updates on how Umbrella was falling apart"She smirked smugly"Assuming the rouge agent didn't help, of course"
Aurora snorted"I wouldn't have. Just despite you"Jail would have been better then seeing Alice triumphantly destroy her work.
Alice eyed Aurora as the woman took a few steps forwards, holding her side in pain as she walked. Her ribs must have been completely shattered for them to not heal properly"Can you walk?"Alice questioned carefully, already knowing the answer.
