as i said i'll start a diet and tomorrow it's starting. you can comment your feelings and thoughts about it but i don't mind it, i'll look how i feel about it and all. i won't starve myself, i'll eat.
i'll note every food/drink i eat or drink, so i can see what i've eaten and drank.
so, here are some facts.
i am 5'7' or 167cm tall.
and currently 165lbs or 75kg.
my bmi is 26.9 so that means i'm lightly overweight.
so my weight goal is around 138lbs or 63kg.
that means i have to lose 26 lbs or 12kg.
so my bmi would be 22.
i will always weight myself on sunday or monday.starting weight: 75
current weight: 75
goal weight: 63
