Prologue

Mori's P.O.V

".. I love you." I told him as he stood before me.

His light skin shining in the light of the moon, his alluring green eyes stared at me as his short, coal black hair fell lightly over his eyes. He seemed to be in a daze as he stared me, though no emotion showed upon his clear pale face. It was apparent to me I might've taken too long for this. I've probably lost him already, and I couldn't think of what to do if he didn't want me.

I tried to keep myself contained as the wind blew from the right making our clothes ruffle against it and his hair, it fell perfectly into shape once again.

The music inside had died downstairs and there was silence filling up the air.

The anticipation of what he was thinking was eating me up inside. I had to get back to the others soon, they'll start asking where I am. Though I know Honey wouldn't tell them, I'm worried they'll find me here and I won't be able to hear him.

He averted his eyes from me. The only reaction I've gotten from him so far. I was a little uplifted that he finally reacted somehow, but I'm afraid of him not telling me the words I've always heard from him.

He wrapped an arm around his stomach and placed the other with his elbow touching the other arm and putting his fisted hand upon his mouth. He glanced at me and looked away before I saw his body deflate a little. He lifted his head up to me and opened his mouth. As he went to speak a quite noisy breeze flew by, though I caught the three words he said.

Him and I stood there. Breezy wind howling against our figures. Music from down downstairs deadly quiet to our ears. The moon reflecting upon us. And the silence rested between us once again.

Hello! I've decided to start uploading this new short story I've thought of for a while meanwhile I'm writing The Boyish Type. I have a lot of OHSHC book ideas so I decided to start uploading one of 'em as I'm nowhere near the end of The Boyish Type yet.

I hope you all enjoy it! I don't know how often I'll update, but for now enjoy this short chapter :)
