"I'm going to be gone for three months, you sure you'll be okay?" Barry asked as he shaved. I rolled my eyes, pulling my hair into a bun.

"Bartholomew, I will be just fine. I'm checking in with Iris every day, this was your idea," I pushed past his to grab some toothpaste.

He didn't look even slightly relieved, "I know, but you're still going to be alone so much."

I pulled him to look at me by his chin, "I have spent all of my time with you, I could use some time alone." He still looked conflicted so I pulled him so he was barely a centimeter from my face, "This is training for your job, right? So go work out and get ripped, you know how much I love your arms already...." I trailed off, walking my fingers down his chest and stopping to press against his stomach.

He pushed my hand off and turned away, "Nope! Too early and I have to be at the airport in twenty minutes, I'm already late!"

I sighed, "It's been almost six months since I had, you know happen to me. Are you ever going to make a move?"

He looked at me for a moment, shaking his head, "Phee, I really don't have time for this. Can you please just go put my keys with my bags?"

I rolled my eyes, but did as he asked. I went to lay down, back to the door. I heard Barry come in and sit at the edge of the bed with a sigh. "I suppose that I am leaving you alone for a long time and our flight got delayed, so you have half an hour to do as you please."

I shot up, "What?" Barry gave a nod so I pulled his hat from his head, throwing it somewhere in the room. "I am extremely frustrated, six months is a long time and I have needs. You, sir, are going to help me."

Barry looked shaken, but pulled his shirt off. He spread his arms out wide to the sides, "I walk willingly into the lion's den."

I pushed him back on the bed, pressing my lips to his when I had him where I wanted. Hovering over him, I grinned, "Roar."

My phone pinged. Grumbling, I rolled over to see the screen lit up with a text notification. Barry had sent a photo, that's odd. I opened it to see  half of his face, part cut off and the rest covered by the hand he was leaning on. He had the beginnings of a beard and that dumb grey beanie he loved so much on.

The message made me laugh, 'It's only been three weeks and I already want to leave'.

I sent a message back, 'Oh, you don't miss me? :("

Laughing, I walked out to the kitchen, sitting on a stool and setting my phone down on the island. A few minutes later another text came in while I was looking for sandwich ingredients.

'I missed you as soon as I left the bedroom ^3^'

I stared at the message with wide eyes, what a tease. He was leaving me alone for another two months and a week and he was talking like that. I was still staring when the device pinged several times.

'Everyone got their own rooms'
'I'm super lonely'
'Are you with Iris or still at home?'

I set the package of ham aside, picking my phone up with a grin. I had forgotten that there was a time difference so it was already night there. I hit call, holding my breath as it rang a few times.

"Hello?" Barry's voice was as warm as when he said goodbye. I let out my breath, happy to hear him speak.

"You're not sly, Barry Allen," I said with a smile.

I heard him laugh over the line, "I suppose you know what I want then?"

"Well me, obviously, but I'm at home so-" I was in the middle of speaking when I heard a breathy sigh. "Seriously? You just wanted me to talk in general. You already have a hand down your pants don't you?"

A shaky laugh sounded, "You've got me pegged, Phee. You can talk about anything, I like hearing you speak."

I giggled, "I'm eating a ham and cheese bagel with those chips you buy."

The soft shuffling sound on the other side pause before it restarted, "Wait, don't you hate those? You complain every time you even see them in the cabinet."

I shrugged even though he couldn't see me, popping one into my mouth and crunching it, "Yeah, I don't know, I've just craved them a lot lately."

"You feeling okay?"

"Yeah, I'm fine. You haven't been keeping an eye on me so I've gained a few pounds and I've gotten sick a few times, but other than that I feel perfectly fine," I replied after taking a sip of my iced tea.

"Sick? Ophelia, when did you get sick?" The noise on the other end was gone by now.

"A couple times during the week after I woke up, no big deal, I just figured I overworked myself or ate something bad," I told him, turning to look for sweets.

"Phee, does any of this sound familiar to you? Gained weight, craving things you don't usually like, fatigue, and vomiting?" He asked the noise started up again, more slowly this time.

My eyes widened as realization dawned on me before sprinting to the bathroom. I opened the mirror cabinet, grabbing the blue box inside. I opened it, balancing my phone between my head and shoulder, and sat down on the toilet. I went, holding the pink stick under me and placed the clean edge on the counter. Barry was almost silent on the other end, almost like he knew what was happening. A few minutes later, I picked up the stick with shaking hands after it had beeped. I gasped at the tiny screen where a blue plus was displayed.

"What? Is everything okay?"

"Barry, I'm pregnant."

Barry's groan on the other end sounded far away like he had dropped his phone. After rustling, heavy breathing got louder as he picked the device back up.

"I can't tell if that was a good or bad noise...." I said nervously.

"Good. Definitely good. I may or may not have cum all over my hand," he replied with a chuckle.

"As funny as  that is, this is serious, Bear," I told him, pacing the bathroom a few times.

"I know, sweetheart, I know. I can't come home until the program is over, but I want to so badly," Barry's voice was wobbly over the line.

I sat on the edge of the tub with a heavy sigh. I leaned on my arm that was resting on my leg, letting out another sigh.

"Phee, I have to be up early so I have to go to bed. I love you, okay? I'll call you during my break tomorrow," Barry told me.

"Yeah, I love you too. Good night, Bear."

The went dead after a click.  I let out a sigh and went back to my food.
