Chase was on her way back home from the grocery store around the corner.  She noticed something weird, or rather someone.  She felt that someone was watching her.  She kept her eyes open, looking around to find someone dubious.

There he was, a vagrant by the bushes.  He had long dirty dark hair and beard all over his face.  In fact, besides looking like a vagrant, he wasn't anything close to dubious.   Except for those eyes.  They never left Chase.  The eyes stared out through the hair.  He sure did look creepy.

Most of the people would just walk away, while Chase wasn't one of them.  She approached the vagrant, keeping some distance between them.

The evening street light made this scene look like a horror film, but the Halloween was next week.

"Sir, you can't be here.  You're creeping me out." Chase said, straight forward.

The vagrant suddenly stood up and Chase punched him right in the face out of reflex.  The man made some weird noise, probably crying since his nose was bleeding.

"I told you that you were creepy!" she then sighed, "Damn it.  Follow me.   I'll clean you up!"

However, even though Chase told the vagrant to follow her, she grabbed his arm and dragged him with her.

Chase grimaced at the messy hair on the man's face, "I need to do this." she held up the scissors, "Do you mind?"

He shook his head but still crying because Chase hadn't fixed his nose and the blood was dripping.  After giving him a nice haircut with razor and shaving his face.  Chase mended his nose by putting the misplaced bone back.

"Eeeee!" the man screamed to which Chase ignored.

"Alright.  You look good, but still dirty.  Take a shower.  I'll go get you some clean clothes."

She then left him alone in the bathroom.  Chase had no idea why her house always had guy clothes.  Yeah, right.  Reign and Cam stayed here sometimes just for fun.  They were now a package deal.  It seemed that they couldn't leave each other alone, not even when one was going on a date.  Chase grabbed a tiffany shirt and a pair of gray pants (also a pair of someone's boxers), walking back into the bathroom.

The vagrant had already finished showering, but upon seeing Chase barge in.  He dropped the towel and then tried to cover himself with his hands.

Chase rolled her eyes, tossing the clothes to him, "I'm not interested in your junk."

While waiting for the man putting on the clothes, Chase went to the kitchen to microwave the chicken soup she made this noon.

"Urrrr..."

She turned back to see the man was fully dressed.  He looked clean and good.  His blue eyes were outstanding.

"Looking nice!  Dinner will be ready soon." she gestured the couch for him to sit down, "What's your name?"

All she got was weird noise.  The man took a pen on the table and scribbled something on the newspaper.

"R...y...u..." Chase spelled out, "Uh...what is that?"

The man pointed at himself.

"Umm...okay." Chase tried hard to pronounce the name, "Ryu.  What a weird name..."  Chase shook the thought off her mind, "Anyways.  So you...cannot speak?"

Ryu nodded.

"Good.  No I mean...uh...I'll just go get you the soup."  Chase went to get a bowl and poured the soup for Ryu.
