Chapter 4

At the afternoon, pumasok na ako sa school and this is the start of me being his apprentice, of me being a match maker. Sa idea palang na lagi akong makakakita ng couple nasusuka na ako. But I have to do this. And I am lucky dahil ung dalawang imamatch ko ngayon eh students rin dito sa school na pinapasukan ko.

"so what's your plan? "

"Nakita mo na ba sila? "

"Eriiiissss! "

Pumikit ako ng maraiin dahil ang ingay niya! Hindi ko siya Kasama ngayon pero ang daldal niya, Kanina niya pa ako ginugulo. Isa sa mga kaya niyang gawin ay ang mental telephaty. That's why the last time ako lang nakakarinig because he's speaks to me through my mind.

"miss are you okay? " minulat ko ang mga mata ko only to see a guy, and I'm too lucky because it was Andrew Clifford, the man whom shall I pair with someone.

"yes, I'm okay. " Sagot ko sakanya habang hinihimas ang noo ko, dahil kasi sa telephaty na yan alam din ni Eros ang iniisip ko and ngayon nga excited siya na kausap ko ngayon si Andrew.

"I think you're not. " he said once again. I ganito ba siya sa lahat ng babae? Sweet and such?

I just gave him a smile when I saw this woman walking towards us.

"Hey, Allyana, Andrew is looking for you. " I said to the lady who seemed shocked when I called her. Maybe she didn't expected that I know her.

She stood up in front of us while looking down on her shoes. I think she's avoiding Andrew.

"I have to go, you better talk " I told them before I leave.

I smiled secretly. It thought it was hard but it was just a piece of cake, well at least I don't need to hear their sweet talks.

"it was not yet done, hahaha. It was just the start " once again I hold my chest trying to compose myself. I punched him really hard in his arm. He almost killed me!

"hahaha.. Hey, hey, I'm sorry. Did I startled you?"

I squinted my eyes at him, duh! Stating the obvious eh?

"wait, why are you here? " I asked him while walking, actually I am totally embarrassed right now. Lahat kasi ng madaanan naming students eh tintignan kami.

"I'm here to study. " he just said plainly. As if he's just stating the obvious.

I stopped for a while and entered a room, I'll be attending my class duh! He followed me inside and seat beside me. I looked at him. He's actually wearing a uniform. Ung uniform ng boys sa school, it seems like he finds his way to show himself.

Prof. Kim entered the room with of course, with his so-ever-grumpy-face. I just listened to him as he talked things that I don't even understand.

"I think you're lucky today. " he whispered into my ears. I never wondered that a cupid like him knows how to flirt-well if you called that flirting, but for me whispering to a girls ear is considered FLIRTING.

I just stopped that thought and followed his gazed and I saw the couple (Allyana and Andrew) entered the room. ang swerte nga naman, but wait, I already did my part. I let them talk.

"I think there's a wall between them. " napataas ang kilay ko sa sinabi ni Eros. Wall?

"Hindi pa ba sila na mamatch? Nagusap naman na ata sila eh, so okay na. " bulong ko sakanya para di marinig ni prof. Kim na nagdadaldal ako.

"Hindi porque nagusap na eh okay na, look at them, hindi ba may wall? There's something na nagbobother sakanilang dalawa. They need to set things right. They need to finally break free from the ice. " I blink repeatedly. It put me in a deep thought, tama siya. Mukhang may problema parin.

"what will I do then?" I asked.

"make them feel love, make them see what is unforeseen." he replied.

I know what he meant, I just don't know how to start. Duh ! I never tried to matchmake anyone. I never know love ever since that day. I despise love so I don't know how to help.

"I'll help you, don't worry. " sabi night Eros.

After the class, sinundan namin silang dalawa, they went to the cafeteria, kumain lang sila at walang imik. Nakatayo lang ako nang bigla akong hilain ni Eros.

"Hi, can we join you here? Occupied na kasi lahat ng tables eh. " he said all smiles .

Napatingin naman ako sa buong cafeteria and ang luwang kaya ang dami pang tables na available.

And then I saw him snapped his finger at ung kaninang walang tao biglang napuno lahat nung tables, ngumiti naman si Ally at hinayaan kaming umupo sa tabi nila. Tahimik kaming kumakain nang bigla akong sipain ni Eros sa Ilalim ng table. Tinignan ko naman siya and he just said that I should open a topic, so I did.

"hmm, how are you guys? I mean, let me get to the point, okay lang ba kayo? May problema ba? " tanong ko sakanila.

Agad akong hinawakan ni Eros at saka hinila palabas ng cafeteria and again he snapped his fingers, and viola! Nawala ung crowded cafeteria.

"what was that? Kanina lang maraming kumakain ah " sabi ko habang naka silip sa pinto ng cafeteria.

"it was an illusion. " sagot niya. Mukhang naiirita siya na ewan.

"what? May Gusto ka bang sabihin? "tanong ko sakanya ang sama kasi ng tingin saakin.

"what was that? Bakit ganun ung tanong mo?! Ang straight forward mo masyado! Look mukhang wala nang chance! You ruined it! " he shouted at me.

Teka nga don't tell me, first mission ko eh failed.

"eh ang tahimik kasi nila! At least magusap man lang sila para maayos! "Sagot Ko naman ulit sakanya.

"tsk! Look you triggered her emotions. The chance na maayos pa natin nawala na nang dahil sa pagiging straight forward mo. " he said massaging his forehead.

Tinignan ko sila and I saw Ally walking towards us, I mean towards the door - crying. And Andrew still sitting in the chair looking down on his feet. What happened? Did they just breakup?
