The light was subtle against the smoke from cigarettes. The atmosphere gave off a distant feeling with the lingering smell of alcohol and the quiet music playing from some corner. I tucked a piece of hair behind my ear as I chewed on my lower lip, trying to figure out where was safe.
I grabbed a bottle of beer and ran towards the door, desperate to get fresh air that was tainted with sweat and drugs. The door swung open after a few pushes, cold, fresh air rushed into my system, sending shivers up my spine and raising the hairs along my arms. I took a deep breath, stepped to the side, and collapsed. Relief and terror flowed through my veins as adrenaline seemed to disappear. I slid out my phone and put in my earbuds, trying to play soft music to calm my anxiety as the door opened again.
"Hello sweetheart." A poisonous voice whispered. I looked up, fear shooting into my heart. He towered above me, a twisted smile displayed on his face as he stared at me, something, fury or list gleamed in his eyes. I chugged the beer and glared. "Leave me alone," I hissed. He seemed almost like a big bad wolf. Stalking his prey. Playing with it, teasing it and eventually...killing it.
"Where's the fun in that?" He snickered as held out a hand. I hesitated before grabbing it. "I've had my fair share of guys like you. I'm done." I said blatantly as I brushed off my shirt and jeans. He raised an eyebrow before taking a step towards me. I backed up only to have my back against the wall. "I don't think I'm done yet though," he said before his lips met mine. My cold front melted as I wrapped my arms around him, forgetting about the words that had come out of my mouth earlier.
When he pulled away, a sly smile appeared on his face. "Are you actually done?" Heat blossomed in my cheeks as I pulled him into me. "Not yet," I whispered before kissing him again.

Okay idk how I feel about this one lol
