Chapter 9

I kept on playing with my phone since then as I have always waited for him to text or call me. It was just that I have been daydreaming, longing to see his face that kept on popping up in my head.

But at that certain Sunday afternoon, I was interrupted by a call, I quickly picked up and almost called out Taehyung’s name.

“Taeeeeeheyyyy…… So Eun-ah! S-sup?”

“Kang Ae Yeun! Where are you?!” she asked with a shout.

“I’m at home… and- what’s with the noisy sounds around you?”

“Yah! You forgot! That’s why I couldn’t find you from early this morning! Your ticket is with me! What a waste!!” she screamed out loud that almost ruined my hearing.

I jumped out of bed and rushed wearing my clothes while I still haven’t hung up on her.

“Omg! Why didn’t you remind me or call me earlier?! I’m coming!!!”

I actually didn’t want to tag along but she got the tickets from her dad as her birthday present, and I had to go.
To be honest, I would reject her offer and ask her to bring someone else to accompany her, not because of trying to not let her down but a certain someone made me change my mind completely.

/Flashback/

After watching an early morning movie in a shopping mall, I talked about whether to come or not.

“You’ve never been to a concert, so why not?” he asked with a playful smile on his face.

“So easy for you to say! You are their no. 1 fan, but I don’t know anything!” I stated.

“Yup, I guess I am a no. 1 fan! I don’t think I’ve ever missed a BTS Concert before too…” he then grinned.

I rolled my eyes playfully.

“How about overseas?! You won’t go very far!”

He fluttered his eyes, forming a smirk on his lips.

“Heh! You don’t know me, I travel overseas just for their concert…”

“Okay, rich guy! But how come I’m treating you for the day?” I snickered.

“I’ll pay back everything at the end of the day, I promise!” he said as he went before me.

We went for a light shopping trip and play arcade games the whole afternoon.

“Yah, Ae Yeun-ah…” he called me out as he gave me something from inside his bag

I looked at the small cute purse he gave me.

“You like it? You should bring that when you are going to attend the concert.”

I shook my head as I said no, as I kept in mind that I would not come. He just pouted, showing how disappointed he was.

“Fine… If you go, you must bring that, alright? It’s a lucky charm!”

I laughed on how ridiculous for him saying that but he made me promise to bring it if I go.

Sadly, the time has come that we had to separate ways…

“Thanks for everything, Kang Ae Yeun!” Taehyung patted my shoulder.
I just smiled and nodded.

As I was about to say thank you…
He suddenly pulled me into his arms and hugged me very tightly. I just froze there for the sudden action while my heart was beating faster.
