Trap: The Unknown

Chapter 16

As our eyes still admiring our surroundings, it feels like this moment is infinite. We watched and watched in this endless time, with our eyes focused in this world's beauty.

I stood up and went inside the room through the window, and decided to build a swing on the tree. "Here, you sit down and I'll push you" and the robot did what I told. I pushed it gently, making it swing back and forth.

We kept on enjoying every moment, rolling down the hill and jumping on the puddles. Every second and every moment is worth it and cherished.

We lay down the grass to rest and a thought rushed in my mind as we look up at the sky. "Have you ever thought if there's anyone else out there somewhere? Similar to us? Or if there's another place we never know existed? Or.... another time?" I asked the robot, looking at me expressionless. "Im sorry, Im not making any sense right now aren't I?" but even so, I still cannot remove the thought about it.

As I pointed up the sky, behind those clouds, I started speaking once more saying "I feel like there's more beyond those clouds". And all of a sudden, for a few seconds, blurry images started appearing inside my head. I couldn't picture it clearly as it was blurry, but i decided to ignore it and pretend everything was fine.

"Those clouds seem to be moving towards that direction, I think we should follow it" I pointed out. I ran and ran towards where it was going until I finally stopped to see a cliff. I looked down below amd saw it was deep. It looked so endless where you could not even see its bottom. Unexplainably, I fell for no cause.

I was going deep down and deeper, but it was going all so slow, as if was a dream or maybe something else. It felt like something isn't right, I still kept on falling and it felt.. Lifeless and cold.
I opened my eyes to see the robot standing and looking at me. Everything just came back the way it was before I started running into that direction where the clouds were moving. I looked up to the sky again, and saw the clouds..... Not moving. I was very sure it was moving before but now, its just not.

I didn't know what just happened and how it did. It just went inside my head and I don't know why. Nothing like this has ever happened, everything is wonderful but it's like Im missing something. It feels like all of this is just one big game, or like a puzzle that needs to be solved. This world, is more than just this whole beauty of its surroundings. This world, holds secrets that needs to be unwrapped and revealed.......
