Chapter 3: A Day With My Dad
I didn't hear my alarm go off. Weekend! Thank god. I ran to my parents' room. "Dad!" My dad opened his eyes, tiredly. "Yes honey?" "It's Saturday! We can hang out with eachother! Mom's at work!" "Oh yeah, we can huh?" My dad got up, with only sweatpants on. "What do you want to do?" "Well, first, we need breakfast. Then we'll decide." "K!" My dad and I went downstairs to eat breakfast, then we went in our living room. "So, what do you want to do, dad?" "I think we should go check out my tour bus. Don't worry, since you're my daughter, the others won't mind." "Ok, dad." My dad and I got dressed, an then we went to see his band's tour bus. He showed me everything. "WOW! Dad! I love your tour bus." He smiled. "I knew you would." "So. What do we do next?" "Hm." "Oh! We should go to Orange Leaf and get fro-yo!" "Well, honey, y'know I have fans. Right? I don't need them mobbing all around me. But we can go." We drove to Orange Leaf. "What flavor, dad?" "Chocolate. You?" "Raspberry." We bought our froyo and got out of there. We sat on a bench and ate. "How's Ashlei, hon?" "Good." I went on twitter.
