Chapter 6: Dad's Home!
After two more days of dad not being home, it was still crazy around the house. Mom and I had to do a bunch of chores since it's Spring vacation. At around 12:30 pm, dad called.

"Hey, dad."
"Hi, Annabel. I'm coming home today. I-"
"You are?! Oh my freaking god, dad. I missed you so much!"
"Yes. As I was saying, I'm going to be home in about fifteen minutes."
"Ok. Love ya. See you."
"You too, Annabel."

Omg. Dad's coming home!!!!!!!!! Mom's gonna be so happy. About twelve minutes later, dad arrived. "Hi, Behati. Hi, Annabel." "Adam! We missed you a lot. I'm so glad you're home. I'm sure Annabel is, too." "Oh, she definitely is!" My parents and I laughed, then my dad said I had to go to my room for a bit. Here's what I heard.
"Adam! On her birthday? She's going to be so happy." "That's why I'm doing this, Behati."
After a few more minutes, my dad called me downstairs for lunch. We had lunch, then my dad and I went to his room and watched TV. "What do you want to watch, Annabel?" "Um, how about "The Voice"? My dad chuckled. "Whatever you say." We watched "The Voice" for a little while. Then my dad and I got out our phones.
I went on Twitter.
