CHAPTER 7~ Together Again

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mia's Point of View:

I lead Aiden to the cafeteria; you could tell he was amazed by the look of his face expression.

"You think this is big? This is just the senior area, not the whole school," I smiled at his face expression. He had his mouth open like we just saw the most amazing thing even though it was nothing. The senior area is inside as well as outside. There were tables inside the cafeteria with 2 doors leading outside to the beautiful fresh air and huge tree’s leaving shade for people to sit under.

"Are you serious?" he asked disbelieving.

"Yep," I replied popping the P.

There were over 15 tables in the cafeteria; every table had their own clique. You think it's cliché but honestly it’s not, every school has groups of friends that they specifically hang out with.

There were the nerds; every nerd had huge glasses that covered their face, not that I can talk because I wear glasses too, even though I don't need them. I wore them when I was young but as I grew older the doctor told me I didn't need them, but I still wore them, you ask why? I don't like attracting attention, even though April and Tiffany always embarrass me at school, but no one really talks to me or even looks at me.You would feel sorry for me but I actually like it that way, there's only 1 person I trust and that's my best friend Elle and no not Zac, he's not my best friend. Actually right now I don't know what he is. Anyways back to the nerds, they’re always either hiding their faces in there book or writing, but they never spoke to each other unless it's a math problem or something, Weird! I know.

The next table was the Goth's, yeah they always freak me out, the amount of black they wear, and you’d think they were going to the funeral or something. They don't socialise much, they keep quiet, but not that any one wants to talk to them. Once I spoke to one of the Goth girls, she asked me if I wanted eyeliner and she had the eyeliner near my eyes before I even replied. God it was creepy, took me a while to get away from her. Never again will I speak to a Goth.

Next table was the school football team, the hottest guys in school, yet the most unintelligent douche bags that only care about football. Typical.

The next table, my least favourite table. The stuck up, bitches that think they run this school. The Cheerleaders. April is vice-captain on the squad and Tiffany is captain, they’re pretty close. April can't even do a cart wheel but I know Tiffany is just using her because she needs a assistance, and April as always listen to everything she does. Sad really but I don't really care.

Ever since my best- I mean Zac left, April moved into the school and told Tiffany that I have to listen to everything she has to say, April tortures me at school, and my step mother at home. Zac usually protected me from people like April, but he's not here anymore. You know some people in the world do have to live like this, this is no fairy tale. I'm just thankful she didn't chuck me on the street since my dad wasn't coming back, but she needs someone to do her dirty work since she doesn't even know how to use a washing machine.
