Elizabeth's pov-

"Liz? you almost ready?" called down my mother. I quickly slipped on my white converse. "coming mom!" I ran down the stairs, hopping off the last step. my mother gave me a smile and headed out to the car as I followed. I was very excited to meet my new cast mates, but was also very nervous.  millions of thoughts flooded my head. what if they don't like me? what if I'm not as talented? what if I'm not good enough? This was the feeling I had nearly 3 days ago, when I had my audition. "Liz? you ok honey?" my mom asked, glancing between me and the road. "yeah I guess. I mean, I'm really excited to meet everyone, but what if they don't like me?" I said. "oh honey, everyone feels like that sometimes. Its like your first day of school. you made lots of friends that day didn't you?" She said. "I guess so.." I sighed, looking out the window. "They're going to love you." assured my mom, catching my attention. "you think so?" I asked, hopefully. "I know so." she smiled.

-

"ok have fun honey!" my mom exclaimed. "I'll try. thanks mom." I replied with a slight smile. and with that she drove off, leaving me with that same nervous feeling. For some reason it feels like that feeling Is following me.

I shook the thought out of my head and walked up the steps of what seemed like a small theatre. I knocked, not knowing if I should just go in.

soon a familiar face opened the door.

Andy, my new director. At audition day, he was so excited to see my performance, as he knew that I starred in many roles. That's the thing about my life. Everyone sees the goodness and the Brightside to my career. but as for me, all I see is a helpless, lost girl trying to become something.

"Elizabeth! its so good to see you here. please, come in!" He said, fully opening the door.

"thank you." I smiled, walking in.

As I stepped into the building, the smell of chocolate filled the air.

"is that, cake I smell?" I asked Andy with a chuckle.

"oh, yes we like to welcome our cast mates in with lots of treats." he laughed.

I laughed along as well, seeming that this wasn't bad at all. In fact, the aroma of the theatre gave me joy and excitement of being able to work on this film.

After I chatted a bit with Andy, I took into view what this theatre actually looked like. I was so amazed by the walls. not the walls themselves, but more of what was on them.

They were covered with posters of all sorts of plays, and movies, and theatrical events that would soon occur.

As my eyes flickered between each poster on the walls, I noticed a group of kids.

"well, I guess I should be social and talk to them." I said to myself.

They were laughing about something when I walked up to them.

"hey guys, I'm Elizabeth. but you can call me Liz." I smiled, confidently.

the laughter stopped and they all turned to me with smiles.

"hi I'm Jack and this is Sophia, Jeremy, Wyatt, Finn, Chosen, and Jaeden." the small boy, known as Jack, pointed to everyone.

"nice to meet you all! Oh and I don't want to sound annoying or anything, but I'm kind of a huge fan of your show Finn. its an honor to work with you." I said, trying to hold back a squeal.

"well thank you. and yea I've heard of you too! I've seen a lot of movies with you in them, and your incredible." Finn stated.

"aw thanks. I'm sure this is going to be a great film, considering you all are so talented." I said.

-

I had grown quite fond of my new cast members. They were way more welcoming, and way less snobby than I thought they'd be. but something was bothering me.

I decided to head over to get a drink of water when someone tapped my shoulder. "Liz right?" the boy asked. I nodded. "I'm Jaeden."

This was what was bothering me. He seemed so familiar.

and then I got it.

the audition!

"up next, Jaeden Lieberher."

He was called right after my audition.

Jaeden spoke up, bringing me back from my thoughts. "so you did get the part." he grinned.
