The urge came back strong last night not long after I fell asleep. The dreams were harsh and vivid, full of violence and blood. I could not control myself in the dreams and when I woke up the feeling was worse. I need to deal with the urge, it felt like a hunger I couldn't control.
I did not even get dressed I was in my pajamas and I just wandered. I left my neighborhood by car and found a secluded trail. I walked up and down it for almost four hours until the sun began to come up and I heard someone jogging. I hid in the bushes not far off the trail and waited. I had a belt I brought with me from my house. I didn't know what to expect, I didn't think I would find someone.
The woman that was jogging had to be close to forty and she had headphones on. I don't know where she was jogging from but here she was. She passed by and didn't notice me in the bush. When she was a little way up I got out of the bush and chased her. She didn't even hear me coming.
I caught her easily and wrapped the belt around her throat pulling back tightly, cutting off her air supply until she was off the ground. Her feet were kicking and I lost my balance, we both fell over and she hit her head. It was then I heard someone calling out her name. Karen. Karen. They were behind us somewhere.
Quickly I unwrapped the belt and moved into the bush. The man that came running up the trail was probably the same age and looked winded and out of shape. He ran to the woman laying on the ground calling her name, grabbing for his cellphone. I couldn't let him call anyone. I grabbed a large rock by my side and lunged out of the bush hitting the man across the face.
His cellphone flew out of his hand as his nose exploded blood everywhere. I hit him again and again until he stopped moving.
I dragged both bodies into the bush and grabbed the man's cellphone. There was blood everywhere, but there was nothing I could do about that. I needed to get the bodies out of there.
I returned to where I parked my car and drove quickly up the path. I retrieved the bodies from the bush, the man was dead. The woman was nothing, she was still breathing.
I had to hide out in the woods for the day, I couldn't risk bringing them back to the house during the daytime. The woman had regained consciousness but I had gagged her and tied her up, wrapping a piece of cloth around her eyes before I locked her in the trunk with the dead guy.
I didn't get home till around midnight and locked the woman in the basement with the dead guy. After I washed up I had something to eat.
Now is it time for bed. I will deal with the dead guy tomorrow and decide what to do with the girl as well.
