One year later

Your pov

"Dagur! Calm down! Oswald died your the new Cheif! The Berk and will accept you, and if they don't, the peace treaty between the Berserkers and Berkians will be over!" I state, hitting him square in the forehead. He ran a hand down his face. Truthfully, I felt sorry 18-year-old Cheif.

"I know, I know! But what if- what if- I DON'T KNOW–" Dagur started. I could tell he was extremely stressed about the peace treaty between the Berserkers and Berk. He was worried that Stoick would send him away saying that he was just a boy.

"Presenting the High Cheif of the Berserker Tribe; Cracker of Skulls! Slayer of Beasts! The Great and Fearsome–" one of the men started to introduce the new Cheif, only to be interrupted be Gobber "Oswald the Agreeable?" the Berserker ignored him and continued on with his speech. "Dagur, the Derranged, and the Head General, Shadow! And then he stepped aside, revealing us.

Dagur and I walked out of the boat, me in my full Night Fury clothing, including a large cape to hide both Silver and my gender. Shadow. The most trusted Berserker general. That was me.

Stoick and Gobber looked in shock at Dagur. I smirked, but it was hidden behind my mask. What I'd give to see their faces when they found out Dagur's most trusted general was female.

"Dagur?" the Hooligan Cheif asked, confused. "Derranged?" Gobber followed up, gobsmacked. "Oh no..." came the voice of Stoic's runt-sized son, Hiccup. Dagur took a knife from his belt and hurled it at the poor boy. "Oh perfect" he said sarcastically. I knew that Hiccup was fast enough to dodge, and that Dagur needed anger management and this was a good way for him to cool down, so I didn't stop him. One thing I would stop him from doing is harassing that poor Ingerman boy again.

We had heard rumours that the Berkians had trained dragons and we wanted to know if they were true. I probably wouldn't let Dagur declare war, seeing as a ride a Night Fury and also fly, we just wanted to know.

We walked down the plank to a flabbergasted Stoick, gobsmacked Gobber, and and extremely annoyed Hiccup. "Dagur? Where's your father?" Stoick asked, confused. "My father" Dagur replied "has been.... retired. He lost his taste for blood. I, on the other hand, am starving!" and he ended with a maniacal laugh, making me mentally facepalm.

I was the only one who knew, along with Dagur, what happened to Oswald. He never returned from sea. We assumed he wrecked and died. Dagur never looked for his father, because he was spending as much time as possible protecting his people. Some people started thinking that Dagur killed his own father, but we never corrected them. Maybe it would be better for them to think their Cheif killed his father.

Dagur glanced from side to side, and then spoke. "So. Where are you hiding them, Stoick?" he asked, referring to the dragons. "Hiding what Dagur?" asked Stoick, sounding genuinely confused.

My thoughts were broken be Teo voices. 'Where are the fish? Do you know where the fish are, Belch?' asked one voice 'No, how about you Barf? OH WAIT! RIGHT THERE!" The second voice practically screamed in Draconic. That was a Zippleback.

"Do I look stupid to you?" Dagurs voice brought me back to the conversation. I placed a hand on his shoulder, meaning he should take a break and breathe. "Trick question! Don't awnser it!" Gobber whispered to Stoick. I guess being raised by dragons has its advantages.

Dagur took a deep breath then continued. "We both know what's going on here. I have it on excellent authority that you're amassing an army of dragons!" Dagur said, swinging his axe through the air. "Excellent authority? And who would that be, Dagur" Stoick asked suspiciously.

"Nevermind!" Dagur stated, too quickly. Well, I give him 8/10 for not giving away our sources. "Just know that if I find it to be true, then my armada will attack with the force of 50,000 brave Berserker soldiers!" leave it to Dagur to threaten someone out of telling him something that could be crucial. He wouldn't declare war, and I know it. At least not right now.

" Stand down, Dagur! There would t be any need for the armada!" Stoick and I said at the same time. My voice was muffled enough by my mask I was comfortable with a bit of speaking. "Now let's get to the treaty" Stoick finished.

"Yes! Let's!" Dagur said, and once again swung his axe, causing me to duck back if I wanted to keep my head. "According to the treaty, my visit starts with a tour of Berk, the armoury, the feast in the Great Hall, the Killing Arena, you do still kill dragons here, yes?" Dagur listed off his visit, and then looked at the Hooligan Cheif expectantly.

"Your father never found the tour necessary" Stoick started, only to be stopped by Dagur. "as you can see, I'm not my father. Am I?" he prodded Stoick. I shook my head slightly and watched for his reaction. I hoped it wasn't too bad, we didn't want anyone to be killed, or at least I didn't.Stoick placed his hand on his sword, only to be stopped by Gobber. Thank Thor there was one reasonable Viking other than me!

"Not. In front of the armada." the man whispered. I looked Dagur square in the eye. "Stop it. We don't want anyone getting killed, okay?" I asked, and didn't let him move until he awnsered "okay"

"Hiccup! We have a problem!" I distantly heard a feminine voice call. "Oh yeah, you're telling me?!? Dagur's the new Berserker Cheif!" a male, I assumed Hiccup's, voice said, soundimg distant. "WHAT?" The girl said, shocked. Well, apparently the Berk teens aren't a fan of Dagur. "Yeah! His father 'retired'! And he thinks we're hiding dragons" Hiccup continued. "Well, we kinda are... " came the girls reply "Which brings us to our next problem..." "huh? Barf? Belch? Here?!?" he said in shock. That Zippleback I had heard earlier!

I suddenly heard the two voices, Barf and Belch, again. 'this is good fish! I like this fish! Wait, what are Hiccup and Astrid doing here? Hey! They're moving our fish!' came the first voice 'How dare they? We must follow our fish!' the second one said.

"Here we have our food storage!" Gobber said, and I looked, confused, at the building a bit to the right. That was where the Zippleback should have been. I snapped back to reality in time to hear Stoick sigh. Dagur must have said something rude, sarcastic, or both. We then walked on, and I just heard Gobber say "No wonder they made him Cheif" and then heard the Zippleback once again yell 'Hey! Come back here!' I shook my head slightly and blocked them out.

"BOOORING! I want to see the dragon killing arena!" Dagur said to Stoick and Gobber, then kept walking. "Follow me" Stoick said, obviously fed up, and then walked towards a giant arena. Well I guess they do still kill dragons. Exept for the fact that Silver is completely relaxed around these people, he isn't that way unless he's far away from dragon killing.
