The diner part 2

- in case you guys did not know I changed Jesus's girlfriend from Emma to Hayley to add a new element of drama. In this story Hayley does not know about Jesus and Mariana's mom -
Callie's POV
This is going to be a very interesting dinner considering I am with my new family and my old family. Though I believe as long as Brandon is sitting next to me I should be fine. I am glad Sophia stayed home to night that would have been even more awkward for Me and Jude.

Mariana's POV
" well since everyone is here should we start dinner" mama says
~so we all take our seats~
Heads of the table were moms
On the right side was me, Mat, his mom, Jesus, Hayley, her mom
On the left side was Brandon, Callie, the Quinn's, Brandon's dad, Jude, and Connor and his dad
After we all sit down we started dinner and all the food mama cooked was delicious.
When Hayley started talking " If may ask Jesus did you and Mariana ever have a relationship with your birth mom"
All of a sudden feel like the air has just knocked out of me the only other person than my family that knows what happened with Ana is Mat.
I looked at Jesus and looked concerned when he looked back at me when he said
" we have little memories of our birth mom"
" so, Mariana why did you tell the team you knew nothing about her" Hayley asked
" umm I .. i feel like I don't know all lot about her" I said back wanting to get off the subject
Then all of sudden Callie spoke
" that's why you gave her money"
" you don't get to judge me" I said getting up and leaving the table

Callie's POV
I knew what I said would upset Mariana but I really did not care given the fact that she makes feel like I was never apart of this family. As soon as I said that to Mariana I looked at Brandon who had shock written all over his face. I look to his moms and they are still processing what I said and how Mariana left the table.
"You had no right to say anything about that her. She already blamed herself for what happened to her mom when Ana's ex boyfriend shot her you really thinks she needs to be reminded" Mat practically yelled at me before leaving to go find Mariana
Mat's and The two moms exchange looks about what just happened

Stef POV
After what Mat said about Mariana i started to wonder why she had never told me or Lena about how she felt when I got shot or how she still blamed herself. I look at our dinner guest and can see shock on everyone's faces as to what just happened. Though I was mainly worried about Mariana I knew that Mat would talk to her

Brandon's POV
I was proud that Callie said that to Mariana. Since Mariana has not been very nice to me or Callie over the last few day Mariana deserved to be put her place as I look at Callie I whisper in her ear " that was cool that you put her in her place" and she winked back at me.

Mat's POV
Everything happened so quickly it was crazy. After I said what I needed to say to Callie i went into the house to find Mariana.
"Mariana it's just me where are you" I yelled out
"I'm in my room" she yelled back
I raced up the stairs.
" Mariana are you ok" I asked taking her into my arms while sat on the floor of her room.
