The next morning
I wake up late like usual and have a quick shower before doing my makeup, luckily I picked out an outfit last night so I quickly put it on
Wearing my oversized black Metallica shirt and some plain black jeans with my black high top converse I ran down stairs for breakfast
"I'll be home late tonight Hun, can you cook dinner for yourself" mom says as soon as I sit down
"Uh actually I'm kinda going over to the Dolan house tonight" I say nervously
"Really, I thought you guys didn't talk anymore" she says excited
"Uh yeah well their starting to.. talk to us again" I say
"Oh okay, well have fun and don't be home too late" she says kissing my head and heading off to work
I text Ally to pick me up on her way to school and about 15 minutes later she shows up
"Hey" she says coming in the door
"Hey" I say stuffing cereal in my mouth
"Give me a second" I say running upstairs to grab my bag and brush my teeth
"What's this?" Ally says holding up my phone to a text from Gray as soon as I come back down stairs
Gray: still on for tonight?
"Umm so I decided to go" I say feeling some what guilty
"Okay" she says
"Okay? That's it? Not some talk about how it's a bad idea and how I'll get my heart broken?"
"Nope, I trust you and if this is what you want then I'm not going to stop you" she says grabbing a water from the fridge
"Well okay then" I smile
"Let's go"
The day was pretty boring, Mondays always felt long. But eventually lunch rolled around
"You and Grayson? Tonight?" Liv says sounding shocked
"I thought you like hated him now?" Georgia adds
"That's what I'm saying, he's gonna lead her on then break her perfect little heart" Ally says grabbing my hand
"Well I think it's cute" sarah says throwing me a wink
I don't say anything because I know whatever I say will just turn into a fight with the girls and I'm not trying to do that.
"Well, I guess it is just a hang out" Georgia says
"True, I mean he can't really break your heart after one night" Liv adds
"Okay that's enough talking about me" I say before the boys come over
"Heyyy" Nash and Jack say sitting down at the table
"Where Matt?" Ally asks sounding sad
"Uh think he was hanging with the twins today" Jack says
I almost spat out my water "the twins?" I ask "yeah" Nash answers as if it was normal
I'm very confused right now, it's like life is going back to what it use to be. The twins talking to us again, hanging out with us and I don't even know how I feel about it. Everyone else seems fine with it but it's just strange that they left us for 2 years then randomly they appear back in our lives.
"Let's go" Ally says as the bells starts to ring
We both had art next so we walked there together, on the way we see the twins and Matt coming towards us laughing.
"This way" Ally says grabbing my arm
"What" I yell as she pulls me into the library
"I don't want to see Matt right now, he wasn't replying to my texts last night and I feel like an asshole" I nod but I'm not really listening
I still can't get Gray out of my head
