Chapter 17: First trip to Kyoto pt2

"This your first class trip right? Then what better to go than spending with us. Sugaya in our group to so we all can have fun together." Fuwa says to me smiling. of course, what better way to spend a class trip than with your friends and next to Nagisa they the only close friends I have in this class. but sadly right before I can answer them Karasuma comes behind them and tell us some news none of us wanted to hear " Sorry girls but for this trip, Yasuko going to be with me and Irina during the whole trip."

I had a look of surprise on my face as digest what Karasuma just said. " WHAT THE HELL!?!?WHY DO HAVE TO BE WITH YOU ON THE TRIP?" I yelled angrily getting the unwanted attention of some of my classmates. "I Can't tell you, but I have been told by your mother that you are supposed to be with me and Irina during the trip for reasons she'll tell you later today," Karasuma told us as he walked out of the classroom with his back turn to us. I stood there fuming with anger What reason is there for me not to be with my friends on this trip! Didn't she want me to experience a high school life on this mission, does that include being with people your age. I felt a hand on my shoulder, turning my head to see its Fuwa looking at me with a face telling me to calm down. "Well, that blows. I really wish you could go with us on this trip." Nakamura said to me. ''Yeah, me too,'' I replied back to her. When my mother gave me this mission she told me not only I'm supposed to kill the target but to also experience a normal school life but she wants me to be Irina and Karasuma during the whole trip? Suddenly I feel arms squeeze me around my upper body. I also feel something soft on the back of my head. wait a minute.... "Aren't you excited to be with your big sister Irina on this trip? I know I am!" Irina said to me as she squeezes me in her death grip she calls a hug. How am I not surprised? I really need to pay attention to my surroundings. I tap her arm to try to get her attention "I-I-Irina, y-you holding me too hard, I c-cant breathe." I said slowly losing consciousness. She loosens her hold on me but she still has a tight enough grip on me so I don't escape. ''Sorry! Big sis is getting excited!'' She said. She cheerfully walked out the classroom, leaving me sweatdropping. ''Heh, seems like someone's too naughty so she needs a chaperone~!'' Karma teased. Yasuko's anger was building up. ''Whatever Karma!'' she yelled, then stormed off.

~End of the Day~

While I was getting my shoes out of my locker, I heard my phone ringing in my bag.I grab and look at the screen to see who called. Ah, It's mother.Just when I wanted to talk. I answer the phone hoping I get some answers about the trip. "hello?" "Hi Sweetheart, How are you doing?How school?" she asks me with her overly cheerful voice. For being the head of assassination agency you would think she'll be more serious. I answer her with a typical response "Everything's fine." "Are you sure? I got a call from Karasuma earlier today saying you wanted to talk to me about the class trip to Kyoto." WHEN THE HELL HE DO THAT?!?? " Um yea, I wanted to ask why do I have to be with Irina and Karsuma instead of with a group of the other kids" While I was on the phone I notice some of the students leaving some waving goodbye to me on their way out. " Oh is that all? I thought it was obvious.I'm punishing you for slacking off!" She cheered loudly on the phone. The look on my was a mix between confusion and shock, mostly confusion. Slacking off? what is she talking about? "What do you mean by'slacking off'?" I asked to confuse " well, as you know I ask Karasuma to fill me in on your progress and he been telling you did cut off two of Korosensi's tentacles that were the only progress you made on killing him. Also, this is just a personal thing but This is your first time in Kyoto so I know you going to get distracted by all the things there so you not going to focus well on the task at hand" The more she explains her decision The angrier I got. I got so mad I can almost feel a murderous aura surround me. " But anyway I very busy today so I got to go, Bye Yasu~"As she hung up the phone I drop the arm that held the phone to my ear down, gripping the phone tightly out of rage
