Chapter 12: Assembly

Yasuko POV
Today is officially the worst day of my life. The day I met Karma, the one time I failed an assignment given to me by my mom, Sister Irina suddenly attending E-class...none of these compare to what's happening today. "Okay, Can someone tell me why we have to walk down this giant hill all the way to the main building again? Plus right after our lunch break? I haven't digested my food yet damn it," I said to Nagisa, Kayano, Sugino, Kanzaki, Sugaya and Okada as we all walk down the mountain. "I already told you, we have an assembly today and we have to be there on time so we always go after lunch," Nagisa replied. "You better get used to it, we have to go to assembly like this once a month," Sugaya said right next to me. WAIT, WHAT???!? I DIDN'T SIGN UP FOR THIS CRAP, WHAT THE HELL TYPE OF SCHOOL IS THIS?!? "Don't worry about it too much, Yasuko. Once you get use to it, it's really not that bad," Kayano said trying to cheer me up. Sigh...WHY ARE WE THE ONLY ONE THAT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS NONSENSE!?!?

We were all on the ground trying to catch our breath at this point. Bees, snakes, and freaking boulders were coming at us in all directions. Although, it was funny to see Okajima taking a boulder head on, is he even alive? Seriously, though...what's up with all this? Are they trying to kill us? "Why is everything against us? Don't they want us to get to assembly in one piece?" I said leaning against a tree. "They don't like it when we come to the school campus, and so they make it hell for us to get there," Sugaya replied standing in front of me. Ugh...this school is really messed up. What kind of psychopaths thought this was a good idea? While in mid-thought I noticed Karasuma walking towards us, "Hey, are you guys okay?" He asked us. "Ya I think we're okay," Nagisa responded. "Well that's good, there's no rush actually, at our speed we should be there on time," Karasuma said. Whelp, that's good maybe I can finally rest a little while. Just as I closed my eyes I suddenly heard Irina hollering for us to wait. Tch... Without another thought, I turned away and said, "Hey guys, uh...I think I'm gonna go and run ahead so...SEE YA," I dashed down the hill not turning back determined to get away from Irina, once again going back to my own thoughts. The rest of the class finally made it to the main campus looking exhausted as ever. "Hey Yasu, you doing okay?" Fuwa said holding her hand out for support. "Yea...I'm fine," I replied taking her hand, getting back on my feet. "Are you guys coming? We don't want to be late," Isogai told all of us. "Okay!" everyone said getting up and walking towards the school. We walked through the school towards the auditorium and we all lined up all the way towards the right of the building. I was standing at the end of the line with a nice view of the student's from D-class and above, all laughing and teasing at our classmates. What the hell?...Ok, this place is officially jacked up, what's wrong with them? Arrogance at its finest...is what I would say. Just looking at all those assholes just makes me want to kill them all. I was getting angrier by the minute. Wow...even the other teachers are talking slack about E-Class. I'm wondering if this school has any sense of morality or are they all just so bored with their lives that they have nothing else better to do than make fun of people like the useless bastards they are! Shaking me from my thoughts I felt someone touch my shoulder and I turn around to see Karasuma giving me a stern look that I knew well. I nodded my head fighting back the anger, I didn't realize I was making fists at my side until now. I'll keep my emotions in check and keep calm until the end of the assembly, I told myself. Up in front, I hear Sugino ask Nagisa, "Hey Nagisa, why isn't Karma here?" "Because he's ditching," Nagisa replied. Oh...why didn't I think of that?!?! Curse you Karma. I took a deep breath as I noticed some of the students suddenly fixing their attention to the front doors, there I see Professor.Bitch strutting through the place like she owned it. Wasn't she just tired as hell from walking down the mountain just now? I guess that's a pro for you, always ready no matter wha- before I could finish my thought my supply of oxygen was cut off by the smothering of boobs. "Yay, I finally found you! You're so mean~ leaving your big sister behind while you ran off by yourself! Your so cute so I'll forgive you today but I just can't help resist but hug you~ Oh gosh why are you so adorable!!" Irina said all the while I began to feel light headed. AAAAHHH GET THIS CRAZY LADY OFF OF ME! In the next minute, Karasuma came up again and dragged a protesting Irina off of me before she made another scene of embarrassing me in front of everyone. Hmm, it seems like the rest of the school is throwing more glares at us? I wonder If their jealous of our teachers, just so you know your free to have Irina if you want... Now pouting, Irina stood by Karasuma with all of the other teachers on the side of the room. When I when back to focus on the stage, a student from the Student Council was talking about school events and what not. "Now if you will look on the schedule that was just handed out to you," he suddenly said. Huh, what schedule? My hands were empty along with the rest of my classmates. I took a look around the room and saw that everyone had a paper...all besides E-class. Typical... I thought with my arms crossed and my eyes narrow. "Excuse me, but E-class didn't get the handouts," Isogai said to the guy on stage. He replied, "Oh really? That's kinda bizarre. I was sure that we printed enough papers...I guess E-class will have to memorize it off their neighbors." When he finished everyone in the room laughed officially pissing me off the max. I wonder if that prick needs to taught a lesson, if so I'll gladly take the role- an abrupt gust of wind flew by me and we all now suddenly had a hand written copy of the paper suppose to be given to us. What the...? My eyes dart in the direction of the blur and I noticed Koro-sensei was standing near the teachers wearing a terrible human disguise. Without knowing I started laughing so hard some of my classmates began laughing too. Way to go you Octopus!!

Time skip~
It was the end of the assembly and we were all getting ready to head back to E-Class. I turned around and said to the two girls next to me "Hey Fuwa, Nakamura you guys go ahead of me I'm going to get something to drink, I'll catch up later ok?" They both look a little worried. "Are you sure? We can wait for you here," Nakamura said to me. Shaking my head I reply, "No It's fine, just go on ahead I'll be right behind you two." Once we parted I walked down the hallway and noticed some of the other students looking at me weirdly and whispering. I could hear everything they said, though, "Who's that?" "I've never seen her before...don't you think she's actually kinda cute?" "Yeah, but isn't she in E-class?" "Yea she must have done something I bet." Ugh, talk all you want I'm just here for a drink sheesh. I finally got to the vending machine and was about to put money in but someone beat me to it. A boy with orange hair and deep purple eyes stood in front of me, his eyes are beautiful, I thought to myself. "Is there something you want?" the boy asked me. "Huh?" I reply confused. He put some money into the machine and pressed a button to get which drink he wanted. A clinking sound hit the bottom of the machine before he went down to pick it up. He then put a few more quarters in and turned to me again "You were going to get something to drink, right? What flavor do you want?" he asked suddenly. I looked at the choice and picked the one I was going to buy. It came out of the machine and I went down to pick it up but when I stood up and was about to thank the boy was gone. Where did he go?
