Alaina's P.O.V.
I was so excited for today. Ronnie and I have been dating for three months now and I had big news. I didn't know how he would react or what he would say or do or think but I wasn't going to let those thoughts destroy my mood. I plopped down on the couch next to Ronnie and kissed him. He smiled. "Well somebody's happy." He said. I nodded. "I am." He raised an eyebrow. "And why are you so happy?" "Because I've got news to tell you tonight." He groaned. "I hafta wait until tonight to find out why you're so happy? But its okay because I've got a suprise for you tonight." We both smiled and he kissed me. "Get a room!" Ryan called sarcastically. "We'll use your's Ryan!" I yelled back. He screamed and locked his door. Everybody laughed. I was truely excited for tonight.
*Later That Night*
Ronnie and I arrived at the beach and he pulled out the picnic stuff from the trunk. "Happy 3 month, Lain." He said while settinng up the picnic. I smiled. "Happy 3 month Ronnie." When he was finished he kissed me. "I love you so much. Do you know that?" I nodded. "I love you so much too Ronnie. Do you know that?" He smiled and nodded.
After we ate Ronnie started looking really nervous. "What's wrong babe?" I asked concerned. He shook his head. "Nothing. I'm just scared." Now I was really worried. He must've seen the concerned look on my face because he spoke up quickly. "Its fine. I promise. I just, um, well, just-" He took a deep breath and kissed me. He pulled away and spoke softly. "Alaina, I love you. I've loved you since I was 16 years old. I've loved you through everything, good and bad. I don't know what I'd do without you. And I know its only been 3 months but for the amount of time we've loved each other I think its only fair and this is the right time to do this." I was really confused now. He grabbed my hand and pulled me up. Everything happened so fast and all I remember is him getting down on one knee and saying the one thing I've always wanted to hear coming from his lips.
"Marry me?"
Ronnie's P.O.V.
I hesitated. I was so scared.
"Marry me?"
She looked shocked but then she smiled. "Yes Ronnie! Of course! Yes!" I put the ring on her finger and engulfed her in my arms. We kissed. But this kiss was different. This wasn't me kissing my girlfriend Alaina. This was me kissing my fiancé Alaina. Mrs. Alaina Radke. I smiled at the thought. She pulled away. "Ronnie I have something to tell you." What could she possibly have to tell me? I hope it isn't something bad. Please Lord, don't make it be something bad. It was silent a moment then she spoke.
Alaina's P.O.V.
"Ronnie, I'm pregnant."
He smiled and kissed me.
"The perfect ending to perfect night." He whispered. And it was true. This really was a perfect ending to a perfect night. I was engaged and pregnant. It couldn't be any better.
