" Look over there." Someone said in the bushes
"It looks like an 'orse." Said the other one
This is what I heard when I woke up this morning I was really terrified that I was going to get caught again. I ran, I ran as fast as my legs would carry me; it was really hard. The mud was deep and slippery and each time my hooves landed they slid forward, I thought I was gong to fall. I ran for what seemed like for ever over the vast landscape stretching out in front of me, but I seemed to get no further.

I kept running for longer, always heading towards the sun until I was exhausted, never sure I was far enough away from the humans. A black cloud hung above my head threatening to let out torrential rain any second. In the distance I could hear the thunder rumbling; it wasn't long before the storm was here.
---------
The storm was overhead : it had been rumbling over all night,  the rain pelting down on my back and making puddles in the already thick mud. I hoped the herd were safe and had found safe shelter from  the storm.
Sky's POV
The storm has been going on for a while. I hope my Neddy is  safe,
and that she isn't in the storm.  Maybe the humans have put her in their barn to get her out of the brunt of the storm, or maybe she has broken  away  from the humans and is free again and has somewhere  to shelter. Me and the herd are safe we have found a big empty cave to shelter in. It's really big and covered in bushes in the front so you can't really see it unless your Looking for it.  We are going to stay here for a few days. The herd are really tired they haven't stopped for days.

Neddy's POV
The storm is still raging on, I've been walking for a while, looking for some shelter. There seems to be nothing....... wait..... no there is a cave about a hundred yards away. It's covered in bushes and leaves at the front of it. If
I wasn't looking for it I wouldn't have seen it. I headed towards it hoping that it was empty and that there wasn't a huge, or small, bear in there. I cautiously stepped forward towards the cave, I was finally sheltered from the rain and inside. But right there I front of me was something I would have never expected in a million years.

Sorry for the really short chapter but I wanted to end it on a sort of cliff hanger even though what's going to happen is really obvious😂 anyway thanks for reading. Btw the horses in the pic are part of the herd. Comment, vote and fan. Thanks
