"Hello, Meera this side," she spoke in a professional tone yet with trembling voice. The air filled with danger around her as she silently let out a relaxing breath, trying to calm down her tensed nerves.

"Yes, Ms.Meera, your brother just had the attack. Could you possibly reach here?" The nurse's voice echoed in her ears making her heart beat turn uneven, "He refuses to share anything." The nurse added.

"Yea...Yeah, I'm on my way" she replied stuttering. Panic rose within her system.

Instantaneously, for a moment, she forgot about her injury as she jerked up from her bed and fell down on the cold hard ground.

Upon hearing a couple of sounds from Meera's room, Harsh hurried towards her and a gasp escapedhis mouth watching her struggling to get up on her feet.

He noticed her eyes turning glassy as she controlled a sob.

"Hey are you okay," he let out in a worried tone, "Here, let me help you" he rather asked for her permission to help her.

Controlling the traitors that would fall anytime from her eyes, she accepted his help.

Because for Meera, her brother was very important at that time.

"Thank you" she said as he made her sit.

"Can you please take me somewhere, it's urgent" Meera's trembling lips only made Harsh frown as he looked at her concerned.

"Of course, but what's wrong, is everything alright?" he asked right back.

Meera found herself explaining everything about her brother and his mental illness.

She couldn't be there for him all the time and so, she shifted him to the hospital care center. He is more safe there.

"What happened, Abhi?" Meera panicked as she rushed by his side, examining him.

"He's fine now," the nurse announced walking in. "He was over thinking these days" she completed smiling at him.

"What's bothering you?" Meera asked frowning as she took a seat beside him.

He glanced at the nurse first and then at Harsh as he fidgeted with his fingers, looking down scared.

"I'll be back" understanding his feeling, the nurse left the room followed by Harsh too.

On the other side, the moment Meera shared an information about her life, Harsh felt happy and hopeful. It conveyed that she started to trust him.

He wanted to be there for her in all odd times like these and today by trusting on him, Meera unintentionally made him happy.

Additionally, Meera was glad that he decided to see her. The concern he showed for her couldn't be unnoticed and mostly, she couldn't have made up there to meet her brother, if it wasn't for Harsh and for that she's grateful.

"Di, I can't stay here anymore, I miss you" Abhi expressed after so many attempts by Meera.

He is mentally ill and his brain registers all the things quite late. He was a slow learner.

Meera felt bad for her brother.

"What happened, tell me first" she inquired as he avoided looking at her.

Meera knew that something was bothering him as he couldn't meet her eyes and this meant he was hiding something.

"Look at me and tell me" Meera commanded to which he looked at her, she noticed him shuffling again with his fingers as he breathed heavily.

"Okay fine," Meera calmed him down before he invites an other attack.

"Talk to me when you feel like okay, no pressure" she summoned up a small smile caressing his head a little.

"I'm right there waiting for you" she added as she settled herself on the seat.

A while later, she found her brother speaking in a low voice, "There are these boys, I met them in the park yesterday," he paused as he played with the hem of his shirt. Meera listened intently.

"They say I'm a loser and I can not do anything on my own" he completed in a quiet voice.

This made Meera worried.

"It's nothing like that okay," Meera consoled him as she stepped closer sitting beside him. "Don't let their words influence your mind sweetheart" she hugged him sideways.

"Di can't take care of you like these people do. Moreover, you can't play anymore with Fiwi, if you go with me" Meera explained further.

Fiwi was Abhi's favorite pet dog. He enjoys being with him.

"Really, okay. I'm fine here then" He frowned making her chuckle.

Meanwhile, Meera decided to have a little talk with his nurse.

She wanted her not to leave him alone with those mischievous boys.

Meera spotted Harsh afar as he interacted with few children from the hospital. He signalled things and all could Meera do was smile looking at him.

"I thought he already left,"
She spoke to herself as she took her slow steps carefully, making her way towards him.

"He's a good person and trustworthy"
Meera thought to herself again.
