Elmo's POV

Natapos na nga yung movie date namin ni Janella. Yes, I would consider it as a date. Friendly date...muna. Sa totoo lang, sa sobrang naparanoid ako na mas mauna sya sakin, 6:10 pa lang andun na ako. Ganun ako ka-aga. Kilala pa naman ako bilang late. 

Nagselfie nga pala kami ni Janella bago kami lumabas ng theater. I should have a picture of one of our moements together, a famous pun from our fans.  We are very close to each other nung nagpicture kami. Nakaakbay ako sa kanya at ang kamay nya naman ay nasa likod ko pero her fist was closed. Naiilang pa din yata sya.

I let her caught me staring at her. Sinadya ko yun. Gusto ko makita nya na nakatitig ako sa kanya, gusto ko malaman nya na tumititig ako sa kanya. Gusto kong tumingin sya sakin habang tumititig ako sa kanya. At gusto kong makita kung madidistract sya o kung hindi sya mapapakali. Oo, parang nataranta nga sya. Di nya napanuod ng full yung ending part ng BALU. She's just too cute. I wanted to pinch and kiss her cheeks. Pero hindi pa pwede. Someday.

Ngayon, I'm here at home, lying on bed. I texted Janella if she arrived safely na sa bahay nila pero di pa sya nagrereply. Wala naman akong nafefeel na something or worry so sa tingin ko, she's either asleep or di nya pa nakikita text ko. I was about to go to the shower para maligo when suddenly my phone buzzed. May text.

It's from Janella.

"OMG IM SO SORRY FOR A LATE REPLY!!! YES, IM FINALLY HOME! HERE PIGGING OUT ALL BY MYSELF HEHE"

How can she be so cute in replying? I can imagine her eating right now. Ang 'takaw-takaw' pero hindi halata sa katawan nya. Haayy.

I wrote a reply and found myself sending 'You're cute' message to her. Hala, sent na. Nataranta ako bigla. Bakit ba? No Elmo, it's a compliment naman ah, mag-shower ka na muna while waiting.

So after ko mag-shower, I really enjoyed bathing so mga halos 45 minutes akong nasa loob ng restroom. I checked my phone first before magbihis and to my surprise nag-reply si Janella. Not once but THRICE. That was two minutes after my last reply to her. WHY DID I LET A GIRL WAIT FOR A REPLY AFTER COMPLIMENTING HER? Ano ba yan, Elmo! 

These were her replies:

'Really? How?'

'Nvm haha'

'Anyway, thanks!'

Maybe she was waiting for a reason. Oh, shoot.

I type as fast I could. 

'Sorry Jea for replying so late. I went to shower kasi eh.'

'You're cute in every little way you do. Good night :)'

Send.

I waited for minutes or even hours for her response until I fell asleep. I waited until I was tired.
