Trevor had overdosed on sleeping medication 16 days after AnnaBelle had hung herself. He did not leave a note, but people did know why he left.
Nobody can live without the person who makes them whole. He felt empty without AnnaBelle. He loved her. And she loved him. But they did not believe they could love each other at the same time.
