It had been so long since Dawn came to visit Ash in Unova. Both of them were now 17, and Dawn was starting to miss her raven-hair friend. She then planned a trip to Alola, because he had moved there, in hopes of seeing Ash again.
The plane took off, and It seemed like half a day before it arrived in the tropics of the Alola region. When it finally landed, Dawn wasted no time breathing in the fresh air. "Alola is so beautiful." she exclaims. She decides to walk around the town that the plane landed in. She finds a group of small houses, like a neighborhood arranged by a Pokemon school. One of these might be Ash's. She thought to herself. I wonder... Dawn spots a Red-headed woman working on a garden with a Mr. Mime. It's Mrs. Ketcham! She is running towards the yellow house with vigorous excitement pumping into her feet. Piplup even forgot his clumsiness and ran without a single stumble.
"Hi, Mrs. Ketcham, It's me, Dawn!" The blue-haired girl waves at Delia with delight.
"Why I can't believe it, hi Dawn!" Delia replies with a smile, "Ash is out on the beach if you want to see him." she points in the direction of the beach, assuring Dawn of finally seeing her beloved Ash again. She ran, this time with Piplup on her shoulder, admiring the blue Alolan sky and the rippling waves that sparkle on the clear, white sand. She spots Ash in the distance, and sure enough, Pikachu is with him as well. And it was even Pikachu who turned around, noticing the blue-haired girl first. "Pikaaa" he called, running up to Piplup, the two friends having a teary reunion.
"Hey, Dawn, howzit been?" Ash asked Dawn, the two of them sharing their signature high-five. "No need to worry, cause I've been great!" the blue-haird girl replied. Suddenly, Ash pulled Dawn into a hug
"I've missed you, Dawn..... I love you." his confession made the coordinator blush a deep pink, but then kissed him on the cheek. "I've always loved you too, Ash." the two of them kiss, intertwining their fingers together in their embrace in the sunset on the beautiful Alolan beach.
