Tracy and Misty walk along a pathway in Hoenn. They had a friend who grew orange trees and the two were hoping to get enough to make orange juice. They stop at the house, ringing the doorbell. They wait a few moments before they hear an answer.
"Oh? Hi, Misty and Tracy! It's been awhile, hasn't it?" The woman cheerfully greeted the couple, letting them inside. She starts making small talk, "May and Max aren't here right now, actually, Max just turned ten, and he is out on an adventure with a friend from Kalos. May and his friend's brother are going with them, so they're gone now."
"That's nice to hear, ma'am." Tracy chimed in, happy for Max. Mrs. Norman showed the two on their way to the orange trees.
"You can pick any of these ones right here. Have fun!" She exclaimed with a wink at the now blushing Misty. See, Misty had had a crush on Tracy for the longest time, and it was obvious, except to the oblivious Tracy.
Tracy, however, treated Misty like she was a little sister to him. He grabbed Misty's hand and lead her along with him to "make sure you don't get hurt!" They stop at a tall tree, and Tracy boosts Misty up on his shoulders so that she can pick the oranges.
"Almost. There!!" Misty reaches out and grabs one, having to pull harder on it to pick it off the tree. Because of this, she falls, and stumbles over and with Tracy onto the ground.
Tracy quickly unscrambles himself from her, extending a hand out for her to take. Misty gets pulled up and instinctively pulls Tracy into a hug. "Idiot," she mumbles, burying her face into his chest. Tracy smiles, and plants a kiss on her forehead.
"I'm glad you didn't get hurt, Mist."
