Flameheart to Flamestar

Chapter 6

Flamestar woke up the day of the gathering and looked down on the cats from the highledge. She ran down it and went to Lionheart who dipped his head in respect

"Hello Lionheart" Flamestar said. The sun was already going down

"Hello Flamestar." Lionheart said.

"Did you assign the cats going to the gathering?" She asked and Lionheart nodded

"Good." She said. She walked away like nothing happened. She climbed the highledge and watched her clan below. She sat down and watched the sun disappear behind the mountains. The moon started to rise.

"Time to go!" She yowled once the moon was high. She ran out of the camp with the cats following her. Flamestar made it to the gathering island and they were the last clan there. She jumped up the tree and sat beside the other leaders. Whitestar started

"We haven't seen the strange cat in our territory. Pinepaw has successfully healed and is now a warrior by the name of Pinefeather." He said and the clans cheered Pinefeather's name. Darkstar stepped forward

"We have a new queen, Gorsefur with three healthy kits, Heatherkit Jaykit and Dreamkit. Prey has been running well. We haven't either seen the mysterious cat." Darkstar said and looked at Featherstar . She stepped forward

"We haven't seen the cat either. Hunting is well." Featherstar said and all the cats looked at Flamestar. She jumped higher up the tree and looked down at the cats below

"Cats of all clans! Starclan has told me to share my prophecy with all of you! There will be four cats yourself and three that you love. They will join together to stop the darkness from rising again.it is Flame, Rain, Snow, and Lion's job to stop it." She yowled and told her three litter mates to climb the tree and sit next to her.

"Us four are the cats. Flamestar, Rainstrike, Snowcloud, and Lionheart!" She yowled

"The dark forest is rising again! We will go into a new battle and us four clans will have to group together to fight the dark forest!" She said and her litter mates stood tall beside her. Whitestar frowned

"I thought the dark forest was gone and defeated forever." Whitestar said.

"Things can be defeated but that doesn't mean they can't rise again." Flamestar told him.

"How are you four regular cats going to stop it." A cat asked from below.

"We are not regular cats. We have powers." She said.

"Oh yeah prove it!" One cat yowled.

"Ok first my power is seeing and hearing everything even without being near them. Pinefeather go somewhere I can't see you do something then come back I can tell all of you." She said and Pinefeather ran away. He appeared a little later

"You dug a hole and filled it back up." Flamestar said and looked down at Pinefeather

"She is right. That's what I did." Pinefeather said. Flamestar jumped to a higher branch and sat down again

"Lionheart's power is not being defeated in battle. Ever." She said and another cat had bristling fur

"You said you would show us!" He yowled and Lionheart ran down and hissed

"You want to have a preview?" Lionheart hissed

"Lionheart! Back up now!" Flamestar said and watched Lionheart climb the tree again

"Thank you. Now Snowcloud's power is reading minds, seeing in dreams and walking in others dreams. I'm not going to ask you to fall asleep but Snowcloud read what I'm thinking." She said and jumped down to her littermates

"Wait! Don't you think that Snowcloud should read Whitestar's mind? Whitestar wouldn't lie would he?" Lionheart asked and Whitestar shook his head.

"Go ahead Snowcloud." Flamestar said and Snowcloud focused on Whitestar.

"Your thinking of when you saved Flamestar from almost drowning." Snowcloud said and Flamestar felt heat rush to her cheeks

"He is right." Whitestar said and Flamestar looked at Rainstrike.

"Now Rainstrike. My only sister that I get in fights with but I always will love her. Rainstrike has the power of seeing Starclan and Dark Forest warriors no matter what. Even if they don't want her to." She said and curled around her sister.

"There is Starclan warriors. The previous leaders, Dapplestar, Lionstar, Silverstar, and Dawnstar." Rainstrike said and the four leaders appeared above them on the higher up branches.

"The four are right. The dark forest is rising again. You will fight together to defeat the dark forest forever." Dapplestar said and the Starclan cats disappeared.

"Every clan go back and be prepared for battle!" Flamestar said and ran down the tree and Dawnclan followed her out. She was walking and felt something behind her. She turned around and jumped at the enemy. She was pushed off and onto the ground. Lionheart stood in front of her

"B-Bone?!" Flamestar asked and stood up. She flicked her tail which told Lionheart to get back

"Too bad Firestar is dead. Now I can't get revenge on him. But I can with his kin!" He yowled and jumped at Flamestar. She quickly moved and tried to grab his scruff but he was jumping at Rainstrike

"NO!!" Flamestar yowled. Flamestar grabbed Bone and threw him off her sister. She stood in front of the cowering Rainstrike and stood protectively in front of her sister.

"STAY AWAY FROM HER!!" She yowled at Bone and heard him laugh softly.

"I'm lucky that Scourge taught me fighting moves. Even the one he used to kill Tigerstar." Bone said and showed his claws with Rainstrike's blood on them. Flamestar gasped and backed up until she was standing over Rainstrike. Bone walked closer and rolled his shoulder with each step. Flamestar closed her eyes and her veins were filled with adrenaline. She opened her eyes and her blue eyes looked like flames

"THIS IS WHY THEY CALL ME FLAMESTAR!!!" She yowled and jumped at Bone clawing at him furiously. She could feel the battle stop and all the cats watch her. She didn't care, she was mad. She clawed and bit into his neck not killing him but making him go limp. She had him in her jaws and let go

"Never return to Dawnclan. Ever." She said furiously at one cat coming to pick up Bone. The cat looked scared and dragged Bone away quickly. Flamestar looked at a gash down her neck to the end of her stomach. He had used the move on her. Now she was going to die.
