|Chapter 25| Nightmare

Percy woke up scared, moments before he'd found himself in the school for good on his dreams but everything was dark and no one was there. He'd not known he was dreaming at the time so he checked each room slowly before leaving the school, the tunnels out of each schools property were locked so no one was out there. The half-way bridge was his only hint and he hopped they were just on excursion to the school for evil. He knew he was stupid and the halfway bridge was it even real?
He needed to calm down, so he skipped towards were it was going to supposedly be, it sat there hidden and finally stopping his feet he struggled to walk for seconds before he jumped onto the bridge. Percy had gasped in shock as it creaked and cracked beneath his weight, he had walked carefully but it only got darker and halfway across the bridge he was facing himself.
"What the heck!?"
"You cant cross"
"Huh why?!"
Percy breathed heavily pulling against his uniform lightly in his bed as he continued to recount the nightmare.
His reflection had smiled.
"Your not a never"
He had a decision go back to the unpopulated school or 'become' a never,
"How would you know"
"Your on school for good land!"
"I'm good at sneaking right?"Percy winked
His reflection became shocked but didn't shift.
"Liar"
"How would you know"
"Liar!"
"Evers don't lie"
"THEY DONT! YOUR A NEVER!"
Glass cracked and squealed as the reflection disappeared, as he continued he hadn't question what just happened but if he himself was that.....dumb. But he'd snapped back to attention when he reached the school for evils door, silence.
He stepped inside and only saw white fur, and then black.
Percy was scared about the emptiness and confused about the fur, and for the second time he walked out of the infirmary heading for lunch.
