I woke up wrapped in a blanket but it was more than warm. I'm confined to this spot and as I struggle to get up I realize I have not been kidnapped , Ace was beside me with his arm wrapped around me lightly snoring. Aww he's is just so cute. Thank you mom! I mean uh moon goddess. I turn around tracing his arm with my finger. I see his eye crack open and he quickly shuts it. I laugh at him.
" you are totally awake"
He snores again and I shove him.
" let me up dummy" I begin to shake him. He laughs at me and whines as I wiggle from his grasp.
" nooooo come back! So cold! I'll freeze to death !" He does a horrible acting job as he shakes from being "cold" and then fake dies as his tongue sticks out of his mouth. I giggle at him and go into the bathroom to do my morning routine.
   As I walk out he is no where to be seen.
" Ace?" I go to walk downstairs as a loud BOO comes from behind me and I scream , clutching my chest. I turn around slapping the intruder as Ace laughs at me.
" Aw is Mrs Luna a little scaredy cat?" I roll my eyes at him making my way downstairs for breakfast as he follows me.
" good morning dear !" Mrs Cathy greets me and pauses as she sees Ace trailing behind me. She grins at me.
" and who might you be?"
" I'm alpha ace ma'am"
" ah of course you are!" She nods making an extra plate for him.
" six pieces of bacon!?" He looks like he's in heaven.
" are you sure you aren't my mate" he says jokingly but I can't help but pout a little. I'd give him a pinch if he weren't sitting so far away and my food wasn't infront of me.
" eat up dears , Luna your training classes are in two hours!" She warns me and I slap my self on the forehead.
" shit ! I forgot!" I can't wait to get back out there. It's been so long since I've ran my wolf and actually worked out.
" think you could take me?" Ace asks smirking at me and I roll my eyes.
" I wouldn't want to hurt your pride" I snort at him getting up and Mrs Cathy takes my plate from me putting it in the dishwasher. He scoffs at me.
" oh please like you'd even have a chance" he says and gets up following me.
" don't you have a pack to tend to?" He looks at time after I ask that and nods.
" actually yes , my beta is in charge right now and can mind link me and anytime"
" oh" he leaves his beta in charge? That could be useful. I head upstairs changing into some shorts and a sports bra , my usual work out attire since it's so hot outside during the day. I walk down the stairs meeting up with ace and he growls lowly.
" you aren't wearing that" I look at him questionably.
" fuck you mean?"
" I mean , you aren't wearing that now go change and watch that mouth of yours" He says in my ear so no one else hears. I feel my cheeks heat up.
" I'll wear whatever the FUCK i please" I roll my eyes and walk out of the door with him hot on my tail , fuming. I'll be damned if he tells me what article of clothing I can wear. It's hot outside and it isn't like I'm not going to be in my wolf form too.
" unbelievable" he mutters. My pack members would never look at me in such a way I don't know what he is worried about.
" hey Luna! Ready to train already? You're a bit early"
" hey Luke!" I say hugging him. " how is Lilly and the baby?"
" she's good , getting a little bump already!" He sounds excited and I feel bad for being so mean when I met her. Of course she will never know I didn't really like her all that much.
" well that's wonderful! Oh this is Ace , Ace this luke is one of my best warriors" I smile as I introduce them.
" yeah I'm Ace her MATE" he emphasizes the word mate and I roll my eyes. Calm down there Mr. hunky you'll pop a vein. Lucas nods his head at Ace.
" congrats man , you got a good one" he smiles at ace trying to disperse the tension.
" yeah seems to be that way" he grins and I feel a little better , but am ready to get the awkwardness behind us.
" oookay guys let's get started!" I clap my hands.
" okay I figured we'd start with a couple laps?" Like takes his shirt off and begins to stretch and I see Ace make a face behind Luke's back. Yeah very mature.
" race you" I laugh and begin to get ahead as they both run after me. I can tell Ace can easily outrun luke but me? Not sure yet. As he gains on me I speed up a little and I can tell he is struggling. One lap. He pushes himself a little harder and gets up beside me and grins.
"I'm.. gunna.. beat you!" He's breathing hard and I laugh at him. If this is all he's got he is in trouble.
" bring it" I exert my self a little more and I'm almost at my full speed but he can't seem to catch up.
Two laps.
" what the fuck" I hear him say from behind me and I shake my head. Never under estimate me. As I finish up my third lap I see Lucas watching us and he's grinning at aces scowl.
" h-how did you do that? Why are you so fast?" He looks at me admiringly.
" I don't know I've always been fast but when I started running every week I got faster and faster. Same with my strength" he nods at me.
" let's test it then."
" okay but how?"
Lucas steps in and holds a hand up.
" I got an idea"
We both look at him waiting for his to respond.
" an arm wrestling match" I laugh at the suggestion knowing I will never be stronger than ace but what the hell I'll let him have his pride and ego.
" alright fine" I nod and Ace grins.
" let's do this"
We go over to the porch and clasp our hands together.
" alright one , two , three"
We begin and surprisingly he didn't automatically win. I resist him pushing but I can't much longer.
"Ow ow ow" I cry out and he loses focus.
" are you okay baby?" He asks and I slam his arm down , jumping up and I do my winning dance.
" in your face!" I yell and jump up and down. Lucas is clutching his stomach laughing and Ace is sulking.
" not fair you cheated!"
" all is fair in love and war" I stick my tongue out and he flips me off.
" sore loser" I mumble and I know he heard me.
" what was that?" He picks me up over his shoulder and spins me around as I laugh and smack his butt. So firm and round. ( lol)
" never do that again" he says seriously. I smack his butt once more and laugh as he begins to tickle me , setting me down on the grass he leans down slowly , agonizingly slow and I go to kiss him but he turns his face and laughs. I stick my bottom lip out and pout.
" aw is Mrs bad ass pouting?" He kisses me in the forehead. " there" I roll my eyes.
" no wonder you suck , you can't even hit the right target"
" oh I'm sorry" he kisses my cheek.
" is that it?" He asks. I shake my head. He moves over closer to my lips.
" that?"
" nope" my heart is beginning to beat faster and my breathing is picking up. He moves lower to my jaw line.
" how about now?" I shake my head. He moves to my neck and places a lingering kiss.
" have I gotten it yet , babygirl" His voice is husky and I almost can't contain myself.
" n-not just yet" I breath out as he moves on top of me and kisses down to my collar bone and right between my breasts. He grabs my hips gently and bends down giving me a couple kisses on the mouth as I kiss back he moves it to a more slow and passionate kiss. His hands move down my waist lightly touching and caressing my skin and I can feel myself get chills as his warm hands grip my hips. My breathing becomes heavier and he runs his hand through the underneath of my hair grabbing my neck pressing me harder into him. I run my fingers through his hair tugging a little roughly as I bite his lip gently pulling. He growls and I can feel his member pressing into me.
   Oh god. Do I want this already!?
" uh hem , sorry for the interruption but something has happened" I look up to see someone not from my pack but from aces and he growls as he gets up , picking me up and we rush inside. Dammit. I guess it just wasn't meant to be. What a relief though. Me being a virgin I really have no clue what I'm doing. Am I really thinking of this right now in the middle of an emergency!?
   We rush through the doors to see Grace there in tears and he runs to her pulling her for a hug. She is sobbing in his chest and I can't help but to feel like an intruder. I walk into the kitchen , fixing them some coffee until they are ready. I hear shattering and run into the room ace and grace were in to find my favorite vase shattered , I'd deal with that later though. The bigger issue was the blood on the floor and walls.
