Arias POV

The night was quite cold out but me being me I didn't bring a fucking jumper.

I'm really smart.

The restaurant is only about 15 minutes down the block so I started to walk.

The harsh wind blew against my tender skin and I put my arms up to try to cover myself up.

It blew again but this time I had to hold down my black dress that was tight at the top and flowy at the bottom. It reached about mid thigh showing off my toned legs.

I took out my phone and dialled Kayden's number then put it to my ear.

"Hey beautiful," Kayden's sweet voice said into the phone and instantly my heart fluttered.

"Hi can you pick me up from the little shop down Wittingham street I can't walk it's too cold," I said my voice sounding whiny at the end.

"Sure baby I'll be right there," Kayden said before hanging up.

Trying to salvage warmth I stepped into the shop the beeper notifying I had entered.

I found a heater at the corner of the shop so I made my way over there and stood there getting out my phone.

I just scrolled through tumblr until I felt someone's presence standing beside me.

"Hey babe you alone?" I guy around my age asked getting a bit to close.

He had brown hair and an eyebrow piecing on his left brow.

He wasn't ugly but he deffinetly wasn't anywhere near as hot as Kayden.

I looked around in search to see if Kayden was here and my heart dropped when he wasn't.

"I um..." I stuttered and walked backwards into a wall as this intimidating guy in front of me stepped closer by the second.

I felt scared as my heart beat picked up and my hands started to shake.

His hand travelled up my face and I turned my head away screwing up my eyes.

"Fucking touch her again I'll smash your face with a cement brick." A familiar voice said and my eyes shot open to see Kayden walking towards us with clenched fists.

The guys hand immediately left my face and I used that as a chance to run into Kayden's embrace.

"It's ok baby your safe with me," Kayden softly cooed into my hair as one hand was on my back and the other on the back of my head.

Kayden's scent was over captivatingly beautiful and the warmth from his body is better than any heater.

"Come on let's go before I go kick his ass," Kayden said his eyes going from dark to a light green as he took my cold hand in his warm one and led me out of the shop and to his car.

Once we arrived we went up to the expensive restaurant.

"Avacy," Kayden said to the waiter squeezing my hand and a rosey blush bloomed on my cheeks.

"Right this way," the waiter said and he led us to a table for two which was thankfully away from people.

Kayden went to my chair and pulled it out for me to sit.

"Thankyou," I said as he pushed my chair in lightly.

"You look beautiful tonight," he whispered his lips dangerously close to my ear my hair getting moved as he pulled away and sat opposite me.
