There was a stranger in my room.I blinked and blinked, somewhat hoping that this person wasn't real and I was dreaming.
No such luck, damn you lucky charms.
"Hey!" She said with a smile. She approached me and sat on my bed.
"Are you here to kill me?" I asked.
"No I'm Asher's friend." She said.
"Oh okay, I'm his cousin Elena."
"Uma." She ran a hand through her messy green hair. Like she was trying to fix it correctly or something of the sort.
"Well bye." I say flatly. "It was nice meeting you and all but this is my room."
She sat there and looked at me funny.
"I know where I'm at" -she laughed- "I've been here before, love."
I pinched the bridge of my nose but didn't say anything back to her. I wasn't up for a morning argument with one of Asher's friends.
"Okay do you need something?"
She shrugged.
My eyes rolled. "Well, I can't have you sitting here in my room while I sleep." I blurt out.
"Why not?"
"I barely even know you."
"Really?" She asked. "We just met you do know me."
"Okay, but I don't fully know you. I didn't even know you were coming."
"And?" She commented.
"Listen lady..." I said. "I need time to be alone, this whole situation is making me uncomfortable."
"Why?"
"Can you just leave already?"
She stood up and slid her hands into her pockets. "I was just bored."
I frowned as she left and flopped back down on the bed. This day was already weird.
I shrug it off and to back to sleep, no point in staying woke.
(Time Skip)
"Tell us about yourself," Uma said, smiling at her as though this was normal.
"There's nothing to tell."
"Please, I know you have something to say." Uma pressed on.
Piper was getting irritated, something I was used to seeing. But then again why did Uma want to know so much about Piper?
Her and Asher weren't.....I don't even know what to call that.
"My name is Piper. And that's it."
Uma rolled her brown eyes and laughed. "Come on girl, what's your favorite color?"
Piper looked at her suspiciously. "I don't have one, I'm not racist."
"Damn Elena, yo friend don't got no personality." Uma said.
Piper raised her eyebrow at me.
"We've met earlier, she was kinda was in my room this morning."
"Oh." Was all she said.
"Please don't make this awkward," Asher said.
I shot him a look and he put his hands up.
"It isn't."
"Are you sure? I can smell the tension in this room." He dropped down besides me. "You might as well all talk about how you really feel."
