"Well, I come from this really big family" Lucky told Thunderbolt as they were walking through the park with the sun setting.
Kali was still trying to fix her crystal again, as they continued walking. Lucky and Thunderbolt looked back to see the adventurous young human girl shape-shift into a few more different animals every few fast seconds before she then stopped again.
"Still not working" Kali sighed to them.
"Maybe you need to conquer up a wizard spell or something. Or say the magic words like abracadabra, or hocus pocus... or something" The spotted puppy told her.
"I already tried that... thirteen times!" Kali sighed again in disappointment that she was still stuck as an animal.
"That's OK, I kinda like you as a cat, or any animal" Lucky told her with a smile.
Having Lucky say that made Kali give a small smile, feeling a little better.
"Well, I have been getting used to it" The adventure girl had to admit, seeming to enjoy some of the things at being an animal.
"Oh and the good news is I'm not stuck as a dumb cat anymore" Kali then realized, reveling to the dogs that she was now a small tortoise, before she then quietly deadpanned to herself. "This has been the most impetuous day of my life" (from her being tossed around all day).
Being a tortoise now, Kali was a lot slower, so Thunderbolt offered to carry her on his back.
"Gee, thanks" Kali said, now riding on the German shepherd's back as they continued walking, which was pretty fun for Kali.
"So how about you kid? What's this about all your incredible adventures I hear?" Thunderbolt asked Kali, curious wanting to know about her life and adventures that Lucky wouldn't stop bragging to the wonder dog from earlier today.
"Well..." Kali started.
She ended up telling Thunderbolt about the times from her earliest adventures on the magic school bus and in the meadows with Peter Rabbit and his friends. To the more recent time she and her friends Teeders, David, and Cynthia stowed away on a spaceship during a school field trip with astronaut "Chuck Baker" and discovered a new planet, Kali ended up naming it "Planet 51". And lets not forget some certain adventures she's had with a cheese-loving inventor and his faithful dog.
Despite from all the experience she's had at such a young age made Thunderbolt impressed by Kali's skills and felt sorry for doubting her.
"I'm sorry I underestimated you. You're pretty amazing for a kid" The German Shepherd said to Kali.
"Thanks. You're not so bad yourself" Kali smiled back at the TV star dog.
"Anyway, I knew a guy who came from a big litter. 10 or 12, I forget" Thunderbolt then continued the conversation he was having with Lucky from earlier.
"There's 101 of us" Lucky then replied.
"101 dalmatians!?" Thunderbolt looked astounded.
"Hey I heard about you guys, you were on the Twilight Bark, along with two boisterous kids" he added.
"That's my younger brother and sister" Kali told Thunderbolt, while smiling proud.
"Wow, you really have been through a lot haven't you kid" Thunderbolt smiled to Kali, in her tortoise form.
"But that's just it, isn't it?..." Lucky then frowned. "I'm afraid all i'll ever be is one of 101"
Kali frowned back, she hated seeing any of her friends sad. Thunderbolt also frowned, feeling sorry for the puppy.
