It was a girl a freaking girl I had been silent for the last 3 hours just staring at the screen

"Dana what is it?"Jasper asked placing a hand on my shoulder calming me down

"nothing I just...."Esme cuts me off

"you should tell him"she said I looked at her and nodded

"I know"i said taking a deep breath

"come on I'll drive you up there"rosalie said helping me down the ride was silent she locked the door turning to me once we made it

"what?"I asked her eyebrows furrowed in confusion

"remember I can't come get you if it's too much so stay close"she said I knew she meant she'll cross that border if she had to

"Jacob won't hurt me and Paul wouldn't let him I'll be fine"i told her she sighs and nods unlocking the door she walks me to the treaty line and I made the walk to the beach

"Dana"jacob said I shakily handed him the paper I didn't know why my hand shook I guess I was just nervous

"I just thought you should know"i said he looks up at me after turning the picture over

"it's a girl"he said looking at me I gave him a tight smile before turning to leave

"Dana wait we can't leave it like this"he said grabbing my arm I turned around

"you made it like this"i said trying to stay calm

"I know and I'm trying to fix it"he said I looked down biting my lip

"you should probably know that I'm no longer a wolf anymore so I can't be your imprint"i said shrugging

"I wanna be there for our baby Dana you know what it's like having to grow up without a family"he said grabbing my hand I let out a gasp knowing he had me in the palm of his hand once again

"okay okay fine I'm staying at the Cullen's house you can come by later and we'll talk"i told him reluctantly

"What's wrong with here?"he asked I pulled away wrapping my arms around myself

"Rosalie is waiting across the treaty line and I have no doubt that she'll cross it if she needs to"i said before quickly walking away Rosalie helped me in the car turning to me

"how'd it go?"she asked looking over at me as she sped off I pursed my lips and nodded

"better than I thought"

Jacob came over later that night I was currently on the couch he sits beside me and I immediately curled into his side which he gladly let me

"I can't cuddle with the others"i said knowing exactly what he was thinking he nods

"ya know it was never about the imprint"he said I furrowed my eyebrows

"what are you talking about?"I asked him

"I kept going for Bella because I thought I wasn't good enough for you you deserve the whole damn world Dana"he said I pulled away from him

"I didn't want the whole damn world Jacob I wanted you"i said I still do want him call me crazy but I do

"and I'll never forgive myself for what I put you through"he said I grabbed his hands

"Jake it's okay let's just start over okay?"I said he nods

"yeah I'd like that"he said

"I'm Dana"i said holding out my hand he laughed

"I'm Jacob"he said we shook hands before my stomach growled

"and she's hungry"

The weeks passed Jacob and I had gotten much closer though I kept him in the friend zone for now one day Carsile got a call and urge house went into panic mode Jacob had just left for the night

"what's going on?"I asked

"Bella's pregnant"emmett said walking past me

"What!"I screeched

"calm down Dana"jasper tells me placing a hand on my shoulder

"that's impossible she can't be pregnant vampires can't procreate"i said looking up at him

"which is why we need to find what's happening"he said Rosalie sits beside me
