Blakes POV The team got on the helicopter and I handed out the guns. I told everyone the plan and they all agreed. We jumped off the helicopter. He all split up. We all got to the room and shot. We heard metal fall in the floor. I radioed everyone saying move in. We secured the general and began to move out. We got him on the helicopter and left to get back to the ship. When we arrived back everyone was amazed at how quickly we completed the mission. We get told good work. We went to our bunks and relaxed until we were called to the briefing room. We all arrived at the same time and we got told we had one of the most dangerous missions. I got given a new map. Steve followed me to my bunk. We planned everything. Steve then said the names of the people we need to take down. They were Linda and Terry Young. I got my phone out and called Severide. He asked why I was calling so I asked if he knew the names of Melos and Theo's biological parents. He says Linda and Terry Young. I say thanks and hang up. Steve asked what's wrong. I call Melo and Theo in to my bunk. I tell them they can have the next mission off. Melo agrees but Theo doesn't so I let him come. I sent them out and Steve asked why I called them in. I told him the targets are their biological parents and he realised why I didn't want them there. Our team gets called to the helicopter. We board and get taken to the sight of the targets. We storm the building and find them with a gun against a baby. Steve shoots them both in the leg. I order Theo to get the baby. Before he reaches the baby a gun goes off and I see Blade,Ty and Theo on the floor bleeding. I nod at Steve and he shoots the targets in the head. He get Blade up first as he was shot in the arm. I hand him the baby and he walks out with it. Me and Steve drag Theo and Ty out as they were shot in the knee. The helicopter is still there so we load everyone and leave. When we get back to the ship I get asked what hospital they should go to. I say Angels Memorial. The nod then another helicopter lands on the ship. We help get everyone loaded then the general walked out and said everyone was relieved. Melo ran in and grabbed everyone's bag before coming back out. Steve and Melo get in the helicopter with our bags whereas me and Blade got in the other with the baby and injured. When we arrive I see doctor Savetti. He asked what happened so I told him. He takes the baby and I ask his to test the DNA with Theo and he nods. He comes back with the baby and a piece of paper. I look at the paper and it says positive. Melo walks over and asked what the piece of paper was. I hand it to her and she reads it. She asked if it's true. I nod and hand her the baby. She then randomly asked me if we could adopt the baby. I say yes and she gives me a hug. Dr Savetti walks over with a form asking for the name of the baby. I look at her and at the same time we say 'Jackson' dr Savetti laughs and said Jackson it is. We fill out the form when someone walks over to us and said they were from social services. She asked if the baby had any known family. I say yes and she askes who I point to Melo and said she's the older sister and the older brother is in surgery. She hands Melo adoption forms and walks off. Me and Melo immediately begin filling the forms in. She comes back and we hand her the forms. She looks through the and then tells us the adoption was successful. I hug Melo then Dr Savetti then walked over and said both Ty and Theo were out of surgery.
6 days later
Blakes POV We get told that everyone can leave the hospital so we plan a surprise for everyone. I phone Voight and ask him to clear the firehouse. He said ok and I nod at everyone so we begin driving back. Voight hung up then Ty said did you realise we have been gone for two years. I forgot it was that long. When we pull up outside the firehouse it was like a ghost town. We decorated then left. I message Voight saying 'get everyone from med,the firehouse and the precinct to the firehouse' he messaged back 'that will be everyone but Antonio' I tell everyone to get changed into full uniform. They do then we begin the walk to the firehouse. Melo insisted on dressing Jackson up so he was stuck wearing a onesie.

When we arrived at the firehouse music began to play. Dad turned around and saw us. Everyone else then turned around. Connor,Eathan and Severide all ran to us. They all asked what happened Ty said mission gone wrong. Severide looked up and saw Melo holding Jackson. He came towards me and held me against the wall by my neck. I saw Melo give Jackson to Theo. She walked behind Severide and pushed him. He asked why she did it and she replied because the baby is adopted dad. He asked why we adopted it so Melo took him to his office and I'm guessing told him about the mission. I looked up and saw Antonio walking up the drive. Then I saw River,Quinn,Robin,Hunter Logan,Ash and Liam running towards me. I knelt down and gave them all a hug. Melo came back and took Jackson back from Theo. Antonio asked who I was. Dad walked over to him and said look at your gun. He took it out and was looking at it for half an hour before yelling out I still don't know who that is. I looked out to see Steve walking up in full uniform with the rest of Five-0 behind him. He walked up to me and said 'Lieutenant' I looked at him and said 'Commander' before starting to laugh. I saw Danny taking his time so I walked round the side. He had his back turned to he so I walked up behind him and whispered boo in his ear. He jumped and said I wish you would stop doing that. He then saw Melo holding Jackson and asked to hold him. He asked when he was born so we told him we adopted him when we were in hospital with Blade,Theo and Ty. He looked at Steve and said why didn't you tell me. Steve just when silent. I took Jackson off of Danny and went over to dad. He said he agrees with the onesie. Antonio then shouts out I know who you are now your Blake. I start sarcastically clapping and say well done. Suddenly we hear a gunshot. Steve has the same reaction as me, get your gun out and hold it ready for aiming. I see the gunman so I run and start doing flips and shoot. I see I shot him in the chest then he shoots and it hits my knee. Steve ran over and called Gabby. Gabby runs over with the backboard and I get put on it. Then everything goes black.
