Hinata volunteered to teach me first, "Okay, (Y/n)... You just jump high, like whoosh! and raise your arms so you can block, then you land on your feet!" He did what he just said, and let me tell you... This kid may be short, but don't underestimate his skills. This is boy is a monster, as far as I can tell.

"L-Let me try that..." I said and Daichi spiked the ball towards the net and I did what Hinata just taught me, for some reason, I still got the skills to do it. "Damn, I- I did it!" I exclaimed happily. I looked at the boys and Kiyoko-senpai, only to see them get shocked. "W-Was it bad?" I asked them nervously.

A boy with a simple look and black hair shook his head, "N-No! It was perfect, too perfect!" He compliments me with a wide smile.

I smiled back at him and whispered to Hinata, "Who's he?" I asked him.

Hinata giggled, "That's Chikara Ennoshita, a second-year. He's a left-wing spiker, a very good player too." He whispers back at me.

Despite the silence in the gym, Kageyama spoke up. "So, you do have skills. How about it's my turn to teach you?" He smirked at me and it's not a sexy smirk, it's a scary smirk.

"Y-Yes!" I said and he said he'll teach me how to set... The hard way. I don't think there's a hard way to set, but, whatever.

After teaching me for a few minutes, Kageyama thinks that I'm ready. Kageyama passed the ball to me, and I did what he had taught me before. Like he said, focus on the ball and the spiker's hand. I took a deep breath and locked my eyes on the ball and set it towards Hinata, and he successfully hit it.

"Yeah!" Me and Hinata said it in unison and did a high-five.

"You're doing great, (Y/n)!" Sugawara praised me and patted my head.

"Thanks Sugawara-senpai!" I smiled at him and his face turned pink and smiled back at me, god, he truly has the smile of an angel.

"Then, I should teach her how to serve professionally!" Tanaka shouted with excitement as he raised his fist in the air.

"Nope, it's my turn to teach her how to be a pro libero!" Nishinoya shouted back.

Tanaka and Nishinoya got in a heated argument, pushing each other, deciding on who to go first. Are they children? Why are they fighting like one? This is getting out of hand, someone stop them.

"Enough!" With one shout from Daichi was enough to make everyone quiet and scared, damn, the power that he holds.

I accidentally snickered because of this, "I-I'm sorry, I wasn't going to laugh or anything... It just came out." I nervously said, while they were looking at me. "You know, it's really fun being here with you guys... You made my day better, and I'm thankful." I bowed to them with respect.

The other boys panicked and said I didn't have to say that or I didn't have to bow to them, Daichi smiled at me, "I'm glad we could make you smile, come here anytime, (Y/n). We'd truly love to have you here again and again!" He says, patting my back ever so softly.

It's true that I never got to experience this type of fun because I always get bullied and I hated school, but now, I found the right people, the right place, I have real friends now... I love them so much! I even met Kiyoko-senpai again, when we were just in middle school, I got seperated from her. Mother said I had to move to a different school, but enough of that, we found each other again, and that's what matters to me the most.

"Okay! Let's continue Tanaka-senpai, Nishinoya-senpai!" I tried pumping them up with just my words.

"Yeah, let's do this!!" Tanaka and Nishinoya shouted in unison.

Tanaka and Nishinoya taught me their ways and it was pretty helpful to know these stuff, I'd never thought that volleyball would be the right sport for me. I did what they taught me, and I was successful on doing it.

"Wow, (y/n)! Are you sure you don't know nothing about volleyball?" Ennoshita-senpai asked me with sparkles in his eyes, "You already seem like a pro player to me."

I shake my head, "It's not like I know nothing about it, I did have someone teaching me the basics before... But, the tips and tricks that you guys gave me were really helpful. So, I'd love to thank everyone." I said, bowing once again to them. They gladly bowed back to me and they said it was nothing for me to thank for.

Sugawara claps his hands to get our full attention, "Okay, now that (Y/n) looks ready... Why not challenge with her?" He asks the team.

The other boys were cheering with excitement, hopefully I'll do well with the team I'm assigned with.
