chapter 2/kong studios

You woke up late the next morning only having 20 minutes to get ready. You threw on the clothes you had picked out the night before and your black and white vans then you ran a brush through your h/c hair. You decided to put on a bit of makeup to try make a good first impression with Russell's friends but you just put on enough to highlight your natural looks. You came downstairs and grabbed some breakfast to eat and poured yourself a drink but since you were in such a rush you accidentally spilt it "shit!" you shouted and your mam walks in giving you a funny look. "Why are you in such a rush y/n ?" she asks you replied saying "oh sorry i forgot to tell you Russell is picking me up and brining to meet the other members of the band " your mam gave you a funny look then said " be careful y/n , isn't that Murdoc guy said to be a bit of a womaniser ?" you knew that it was true but told your mother "it'll be fine mam ill be with Russell so nothing bad will happen I'm sure Murdoc isn't half as bad as people make him out to be" her face went back to its normal state "lets hope so anyways". You grab a cloth and wipe up the drink you spilled but as you were doing so you heard a knock on the door so you threw the cloth into the sink and knowing it was Russell gave your mother a goodbye hug ,grabbed your bag and ran to the door.

You open the door and Russell gives you a hug and says " hey n/n ! " you hug him back and say "hey Russ!" you finish your hug and Russell asks "so you ready to hit the road ?" "sure am !" you said excitedly and step outside and close the door behind you. Russell walks you to the car , he drove here in the stylo which is the car he usually uses to bring you places. He opens the door for you and you hop in , he shuts the door and walks over to the other side of the car and sits into the drivers seat. Russell starts the car and you pull away from your house. Russell presses on the radio and a Gorillaz song comes on so you both start to laugh.

"Russell" you say quietly "yes y/n" he replies curiously , "is Murdoc as bad as people say he is?" you ask."well sometimes Murdoc can be the biggest dickhead on the planet and other times he can be pretty cool and occasionally sweet i guess but he grows on people you know" Russell said with a laugh, before you could say anything else Russell continued "he's excited to meet you tho , so is 2d and noodle "  you smile and say "that's good to hear , noodle seems really nice from the few times she's picked up the phone when i rang you haha" Russell laughed then said " yeah she's been excited to meet you all morning , that's why i was a bit early collecting you it was because noodle  made me leave Kong earlier " "i was wondering that because your never early !" you said jokingly. A bit later yours and Russell's favorite song came on the radio so you both started singing , the two if you continued to sing whatever songs came on the radio till you got to Kong.

When you pulled through the gates of Kong you passed through what looked to be a grave yard which made you feel worried but Russell was completely calm so you shook it off, ye drove up a hill and parked outside the dull and dark building. There was an strange and slightly worrying feeling in the air , Russell opened your door and you stepped out of the car and closed it behind you. You follow Russell up to the door and he swung it open , you step inside and the place is a mess and smells terrible " please excuse the mess" Russell said softly with a slight laugh and you just laugh with him. First you walk into the kitchen and are greeted by noodle jumping up to hug you as if she had known you her whole life.

"I'm so glad to finally meet you y/n!" noodle squealed, you hug her back and say the same thing . "where's the others noodle ?" Russell asked "in the living room i think " she replied. You all walk out of the kitchen and down the hall into the living room, as you step into the room you notice both 2d and Murdocs eyes fix on you. "Ah finally we get to meet you ,the one and only y/n!" Murdoc said with a laugh. 2d stood up from the couch to shake your hand " 'i I'm Stuart bu' everyone calls me 2d!" you shake his hand and say "hi I'm y/n" with a smile and he smiles back at you. You turn back to Murdoc and say "its nice to meet you to Murdoc" he just smiled and said "call me muddz but I'm sure our nicknames for each other will change over time luv" he said with a wink , not really sure what he meant by this you just smile and laugh "don' creep 'er ou' Murdoc yew jus' met 'er" 2d interrupted you just laughed again but Murdoc scowled at 2d and said " your the creepy one faceache!" 2d rolled his eyes. Noodle then shouts "who wants a drink ?"
2d-"water please luv"
Russell -"ill have a tea thanks"
You -"ill have the same as Russ"
Murdoc -"get me a whiskey"
Everyone rolls their eyes and you laugh.

You got to know the band and time passed quickly , Murdoc slightly flirting with you every know and again but you just acted like you didn't notice it. "Its getting pretty late i better get home" you said with a sigh "yeah ill drop you home now" Russell said as he gave you a hand up off the floor were you were sitting with noodle , to your surprise and the others gave you hugs good bye and noodle didn't want you to go but you sadly told her that you had to and gave her an extra hug. Then you and Russell left and drove back to your house. When you got there you hugged Russell goodbye and ran inside as it was raining. Your mam was asleep since it was pretty late so you tiptoed up the stairs to your room , you were so tired you just kicked off your shies and got into bed in the clothes you were wearing and fell asleep.

A/n- i know this fan fiction doesn't seem to exciting yet but it will get more interesting in the chapters to come also pretty proud that this chapter is more than double the length of the last one  haha if you have and feedback please let me know but until next time bye xox
