Rin walked the hallways of his dreaded school, the class hadn't dismissed yet so he ran through the halls quickly before the bell rang.

See, Rin was being bullied at his regular school, the students noticed his sharp teeth and pointed ears and began making fun of him for it.

And although Rin's temper often got the best of him, there wasn't anything he could do to the bullies in fear of being hated even more.

As he turned the corner to exit the school, he bumped into a large figure which made him drop his books, as he bent down to pick them up he heard a faint chuckle

"Well, well, well, look who we have here"

Rin's eyes widened slowly as he froze in his spot, the person in front of him crossed his hands and waited for a response

As Rin's eyes begin to water the person kicked him off his knees

"Bon, please, just let me go home" Rin whispered softly

Bon laughed heartily and clenched his knuckles

"Go to hell, Okumura"

He kicked the demon spawn over once more and began pummeling him with his fists

"Help!"

Rin called out to a student walking right in front of him but they quickly turned their eyes in fear of Bon

"Calling for help, huh? Well I'll teach you how I deal with weak nobodies like you"

As Bon began punching Rin's face, blood began falling from his nose as his eyes swelled up

And when Rin's face looked like a swell mess and Bon's hand was covered in blood, he smirked at his finished work and delivered one final kick to Rin's bruised head causing Rin to lose consciousness.

But before Rin completely blacked out, Bon kneeled next to him and grabbed his hair

"You're worthless, Okumura,"

As a tear fell from Rin's eye, Bon violently dropped his head on the ground causing him to black out.

Rin awoke an hour later, and began his way home, nobody even cared enough to help him up, as Rin muttered curses under his breath a dark cloud of smoke appeared before him and engulfed him.

"Rin! What's up?"

A joyful voice came from in the dark cloud as Rin kept walking.

"Rin?"

As Rin looked up he saw the one and only Mephisto standing in front of him, but he quickly looked back down, due to fear of his brother seeing his injuries.

"Rin, look at me."

As a tear fell down Rin's bloodied face, Mephisto grabbed his hand

"Rin, tell me who's doing this to you"

Rin turned away from his brother's grip and began to walk the other way.

"Rin! Tell me who's doing this to you!"

Mephisto grabbed Rin's shoulder and turned him around all the way, where he got a look at the damage done.

"Rin..."

As Mephisto looked at Rin's face in shock, Rin began crying.

"Mephisto, I can't do it anymore, I hate my school, I hate this town, I hate myself!"

"Rin, please" Mephisto held his brother in his hands as, Rin cried onto his shirt.

"It's all my fault, I'm such a worthless freak"

As soon as he said that, Rin felt something wet drop on his hair, as he looked up, Mephisto's face was flooded with tears.

"Rin, listen to me,"

Mephisto healed up Rin's bruises and sat him down.

"I used to be called a freak, a loser, a nobody, but you need to listen to me, it gets better."

"The same people who bullied me, back when I wandered Assiah, well they're dead now,"

As Rin's eyes widen, Mephisto let out a joyous laugh.

"The point is I'll kill whoever bullies you"

Rin stood up instantly with that statement and pushed the demon king down

"Please don't Mephisto"

"Is it that Bon kid?"

Rin's lack of response confirmed Mephisto's query

"Don't worry Rin, I won't kill him,"

He said cracking his knuckles as Rin sighed in relief.

Mephisto chuckled slightly and smirked

"I'm going to do much worst"
