Chapter 5. Reedited and Reworked.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
(Trigger warning: minor Blood, cursing. )
The time came just after Rin had hop, skipped and ran out of the academy halls with a grin so joyous one would say Rin was holding back a scream to the heavens that lay fueled with his glee. Upon stepping out of the halls however, Rin had slowed his running to a walk but not just any walk, a pep that made him feel like he was jumping and the soles of his feet tingled with the adrenaline that coursed through his body.
 As Rin walked back to the dorms his smile was as big as the moon above, the moon even seemed to glow, the stars as well tickling like the night was responding to his happiness. With pep in his step and his arms swaying happily at his sides Rin reflected upon the past event that fueled him to his very core with happiness he never thought he'd feel again. He had found out the second greatest news ever, he made fun of Mephisto and...he bound Mephisto to a rule that..heh he was surely going to use more often but oh Samael you really have to be careful with your words you know? if it were someone else someone...crueler. You'd be spilling all your life secrets.
Oh well. Rin was merciful.
.....Sometimes.
Now then, due to Rin's external actions are he made his way to the dorms if someone were to pass  and catch a glimpse of the estatic demon they would have all more than mostly thought that he had finally lost his.
But who cares, Rin's happiness couldn't be deterred, at least....that's what he thought.
Because as big and bright his happiness glowed the moment the old dorm building came into sight,  a sense of gloom washed over his body that made his bright glow turn grey, his shining eyes loosing their beautiful color, his skipping to turn into a slow walk and his bright grin to slowly fall until it was a pained frown. His straight posture formed into a slouch as he now stood in front of the tall dorm building his eyes staring up at it in a sense of longing and pain. He slowly tilted his head down in a bow as he pushed the doors opened and entered the building that consisted of only two mortal occupants.
Rin slowly trailed his way up the lonely cold stairs, sighing as he came down the dim hall and saw the lights in the kitchen still on, so with a small frown he walked into the kitchen and as he expected the food he had left out for his brother still sat on the table, untouched and he bet not even glanced at by his mole faced twin.
...It hurt.
Rin gave a sigh, walking over he grabbed the plate and cup and closed his eyes as he took a deep inhale before opening his eyes and proceeding to throw the leftover food into the trash bin and then walking to the sink to wash the dishes. As he did this however, no matter how minimal the actions were his mind still wandered to thinking back to all the previous things that happened.
Rin and Yukio haven't talked sense the battle with Satan. Hell, Even before the battle, before his grandfather he always kept his distance from Rin even more so after the battle with Amaimon. No matter.. how hard he tried to build and mend the relationship with his brother. Yukio just...never allowed it. Even his friends, Everyone! Everyone kept their distance from him even sweet Shiemi. Out of all people RIn thought she would stay, then again why wouldn't she?
