Chapter One: The Hopelight Forest

Yvette and Dusk got ready their weapons. "So, we are just going to the Underworld Yvette?" Dusk asked as he readied his sword.

"Not just going to the Underworld, we have monsters to fight along the way there. But, we have magical animals to aid us", Yvette said.

"Well, it'll probably be a little of a problem for us", Dusk said.

"Well, my light magic as an angel will be useful against the reapers", Yvette said.

"Well, we better get ready quicker", Dusk said.

They got their armor, weapons, potions, and light magic enhancements on their swords. "Looks like we're ready", Dusk said.

"My queen, we're ready", they both bowed and said.

"Good luck, my knights", she said.

They went outside the castle. The knights guarding the castle, also wished them good luck.

The walked fast to the Hopelight Forest. "Well, the queen said there would be magical animals but, I don't really see any", Yvette said.

"Look harder, Yvette", Dusk said.

She looked, and saw a wolf and deer standing together. "Oh", Yvette said dumbfounded.

The animals had a colorful aura around them, something like a rainbow. They looked like ordinary animals with a colorful aura around them.

"I suppose the queen told you about us", the wolf said.

The wolf had a stern, strong sort of voice. "Uh, yeah", Yvette said.

"Well, how are you even going to help us?" Dusk asked.

"I feel a strong presence from you young boy", the wolf said.

"How?" Dusk asked.

"Just, a presence", the wolf said.

"Whatever, how are you gonna help us?" Yvette asked.

"Keep going on, you will encounter fearsome creatures along your way, besides Cerberus, you will encounter a even more fearsome creature inside the Underworld", the deer said.

"What fearsome creature?" Yvette asked.

"We can just sense and tell, but we do not know", the deer said.

"So, you don't know everything?" Yvette asked.

"What do you mean? We don't everything there is in existence", the wolf said.

"Sheesh, we thought you were wise creatures", Dusk said.

"You will get hints from just us, you will encounter other creatures", the deer said.

"Really?" the knights asked.

"Remember, keep going on. You have more to face than, just the monsters you encounter", the wolf said.

Then, they pranced away. Yvette and Dusk looked at each other.

They had much more to face.
